Get ready to sculpt and burn some calories at the MJM workout class tomorrow from 9-10am! Join us as we incorporate invigorating tabata workouts and toning exercises to shape and rejuvenate our bodies while enjoying the process. We will be using tabata, dance and toning exercises to tone our bodies and burn calories. It will be a fun workout!

We had a delightful time during our session. The weather was beautiful 🙏 We plan to return next Tuesday and will continue throughout the summer as long as the weather permits.
I had a great time at the event this weekend, thanks to all the good vibes and wonderful people. I feel lucky to have been a part of it. Special thanks to Sarah for organizing everything so well. I was truly happy to be there with all of you. We also had a successful launch of MJM remedies, a part of the MJM method, including our aromatherapy candle. We are excited to expand with more natural, chemical-free products soon.

Starting to shake off those winter blues as the spring season is getting closer signaling the end of winter. With more daylight than night and each day gradually getting longer.A great way to boost your mood is by practicing mindfulness and utilizing your Five Senses on a walk.While walking outside, take a moment to engage all your senses. Can you hear the sounds of birds chirping, and grass growing? Can you smell the thawed mud, and spring air? Can you see plants emerging from the earth, buds forming on trees, and animals waking up from hibernation? Can you feel the cold moss damp earth, and soft plants? Can you taste the fresh air ?For me it was…The birds, the aroma and flavor of garlic, and the newfound freshness in the air were what stood out to me. We noticed the dryness of the moss, the softness of the flowers, and the emergence of flowers and grasses.I have friends from different places, so I think the experience may vary depending on your location.#mindfulness #mindbodyspirit #holsticlifestyle #natureshots
