Spending some time in the sunshine has left us reminiscing on last years summer events ☀️🤍
We catered this family feast for Nick & Fiona. Bringing our famous grazing tables, filled with freshly made pastries, locally sourced meats, seasonal salads and of course a generous dessert station.

Flow Home Retreats ✨
At Reeka it’s not always about Weddings, last summer we had the pleasure of working at Flow Home retreat 🧘🏼♀️🤍
Located within the beautiful Cornish countryside, you will find Cabilla Cornwall. Nestled within 100 acres of temperate rainforest, patrolled by Gloria, the Cornish black pig (who took care of any leftovers during the weekend). The setting was ideal for guests to unwind and retune their bodies amongst nature in one of the UK’s only dark sky environments.
The retreat was set over the course of a weekend, allowing the fresh juices and food we provided to have a real, nourishing impact on the guests bodies. Food we provided ranged from flavoursome and locally sourced salads to asian-inspired cuisine.
We ensure that when working away, we make all our dishes and juices using the finest fresh locally sourced ingredients.
We also hosted daily workshops as part of the retreat. Featuring insightful talks on the science and benefits of healthy eating, and demonstrating how they can make their favourite meals from the weekend at home themselves.
