Easter lamb Woodsmoke style 🐑🪵💨
A little change from the smoker as the weather actually lets us sit in the garden for once.
Live fire cooking for the purist, as we uncover the fire pit and enjoy an afternoon by the flames 🔥🔥
Local leg of lamb butterflied, and marinated overnight in a fragrant mix of Indian spices. Keep the bone and roast it for that beautiful marrowbone 🦴🤤
Cooked slowly over indirect heat, for 90 mins with some oak splits for thay smoky flavour - all accompanied by a refreshing beverage.
Spices and lamb, a match made in heaven, enhanced by a bit of char and woodsmoke. Served blushing pink and accompanied by homemade aloo gobi.
