// SPOOKY SKEWERS //
We had great fun cutting up fruit and using edible pens to make ghost faces on our marshmallows 👻
A lot of the fruit didn’t end up making it to the skewer and got scoffed beforehand 😂
Preschool and after school classes can all be found on our website, follow the link in the bio.

Does everyone have to wait before they can eat so you can get a good snap for the gram?

// ALWAYS PLANNING //
Eating is my favourite part of my day 😉
// COOKING CLASSES //
The first cooking class I did was in Vietnam with some people I met while travelling, including a very tall lad who the instructor insisted in calling her “Juicy Boy”
One of our favourite things to do when we travel is find a local cooking class, this is usually through Trip Advisor or Air BnB experiences.
So far we have done them in Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Spain, 3 in Italy, Yo Sushi in Manchester and we have one lined up for our trip to France this year.
Have you done one either on holiday or in this country?
// NEW JAPANESE COOKING CLASS //
Japan was my first ever solo trip at the age of 22; I had always had a fascination with the country and an obsession with Hello Kitty! 🐱
Join us in our kitchen for a little taste of some Japanese flavours. 🇯🇵🍜🥟

// FRIDAY //
It still feels very strange being off on a Friday but I’m loving having a bit of freedom to plan my day a little differently.
9am- talk at Montgomery High School to their business studies students about Scran
10am- trip to the Oriental supermarket for specialist ingredients and to Aldi
11am- tidying the house and setting up
12pm- had a lovely Coronation chicken butty and a Fanta lemon
1pm- prepping ingredients, infusing the milk and cream for the Creme Brûlée
Still to do- check I have all the cooking equipment for tonight, make the arrival drink, wash my hair and find my blow torch! This is needed for the desserts!
Have a great Friday 🖤
// WHY SCRAN SCHOOL //
Kids love to get messy and make new things so instead of the making a mess in your house you can send them to ours! They seem to enjoy sweeping the floor and wiping the tables a much as the cooking!
Small groups, ran by a qualified secondary school teacher with a 5 star food rating.
