IT’S A GRUFFALO!

💫 Lots of fun was had creating this Gruffalo cake. XL 8 inch cake, big enough to serve approx 40 party serves. Made up of 6 layers with a board half way down to support the weight - its a whole lot of cake! A sugarcloud cutting guide is always provided to make life easier when serving.

This cake was my signature chocolate cake with chocolate filling and covered in striped white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. 💫

🎪 CIRCUS SADIE 🎪

💫We celebrated my littlest ones birthday early with her friends last week - we had a funfair themed party and finished it off with this colourful cake! Topped with gorgeous circus elephant 🐘 and bespoke acrylic toppers. Inside as requested by the birthday girl was my signature chocolate cake with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. In the middle of party madness I forgot to take any pics but thankfully someone got this one! 💫

ROMANTIC NEUTRALS

💫 This wedding cake was delivered yesterday to the most glamorous bride 💞 She had been looking for something less traditional than a tiered cake that tied in to her black tie wedding. The bride loved a previous cake design I had done, so I supercharged that design onto an extra tall 8 inch cake, added pampas which was also part of the wedding decor, trailing amaranthus & a selection of gorgeous dried flowers. Neutral buttercreams were painted on to a n**e Swiss meringue buttercream base. Finished with edible gold leaf for a added glamour. Inside was a lemon zest sponge, vanilla buttercream & a homemade lemon curd. Congratulations to the happy couple! 💫

💫 I loved creating this cake for a huge Hey Duggee fan for his 3rd Birthday. Vanilla sponge with vanilla & white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream & a mixed berry filling. Coated in primary brights buttercream & edible gold leaf, with hand sculpted rice paper toppers, balloon banner & of course the whole Hey Duggee crew ready to party!
