Sorry for the late post. I've not long been in from work but I hope I have been able to catch up with all of the messages!
If you have sent the page a message in the last 24hrs and haven't received a response please pop me a hello.
Business suite hasnt been very helpful at all today!

Firstly, we’d like to apologise for the sudden disappearance of any social media presence and the anxiety or concern it may have caused.
In hindsight, it probably wasn't necessarily the ideal decision ‘professionally’; but at a time of crisis it seemed logical to be able to escape the onslaught.

We would also like to reassure you that any bookings still with us will still be honoured moving forward.

I appreciate that the recent social media coverage has been negative and may have made you question our reliability but any prior commitments will still be upheld.

The negativity stemmed initially from our backlog due to starting off our business pricing our packages too cheaply, and this has then snowballed to negative reviews, harassment and bullying which led to a unnecessary negative toll on Sarah’s mental health which then led to cancelling on a handful of clients which in additional led to the harmful defamation and bullying online.

In regards to previously shot weddings awaiting a final film, we are offering raw footage to be sent to you, but please bare with us as I'm sure you can appreciate that with the large backlog of edits, it will take us some time to get all footage to everyone as it’s a very time consuming task.

There is a section on our FAQs via Facebook messenger to access a raw footage release form, which will need to be signed prior to us sending your footage.

We accept that wait time on final films has surpassed the expectations of both us, and yourselves. Again we can only apologise for this and thank you for your patience.

Wallflower Weddings will not be taking any further bookings for the foreseeable future as we try to regroup and restructure the business.

This is not a decision that has been taken lightly, and is not a decision we ever thought we would have to make.

Sarah has already held her hands up and admitted her shortcomings, the backlash for this seems to be exponential. As much as we understand your frustrations and anger, the abuse received as a result has been absolutely vile and unacceptable. The toll it has taken on Sarah's mental health as a result is horrendous. We are all human and all make mistakes.

Because of this all correspondence will be taken over by Jack. Please bare with us whilst Sarah gets him up to speed with everything.

We ask that you also refrain from contacting Jack via his own business page.

I'm sure you can all understand that both entities need to remain separate.
