We have still limited availability for the bank holiday weekend, & the weather is not looking bad.

We can now offer mobile garden golf, each hole is about 4-5 metres. We have 5 holes at the moment. Our golf course can be laid inside as well as outside but the ground needs to be level .
It is ideal for kids parties BBQs or any other event which can include weddings to keep your guests entertained.
Although it is only 5 holes it can be altered to your own imagination.
We have everything you would need to get playing a round.
As it's our new venture we are offering 20% discount on the first 10 bookings.

What a way to surprise a clients Mum on her 80th birthday !!
Inspired by the Mums favourite poem “Warning” hence the purple theme.
We framed the poems and left them on the table for her as a souvenir.

The Shade or Shelter team have been busy again with setting up for Weddings, Engagement parties and birthday parties.. inside and outside.

We have also decorated a village hall for a lovely bride who changed from outside to inside with a weeks notice…

Now we can also add to our decorations 80cm storm lanterns and 70cm and 50cm martini glass vases.

We hope everyone is enjoying the “summer” holidays at the moment.. strange weather we are currently having… but it’s keeping us at Shade or Shelter very busy at the moment !

Lisa and David were brilliant! Communication beforehand was great even when I needed to add extra tablecloths and tables. Value for money was amazing. I wasnt 100% when I asked for quotes whether I'd definitely hire tables/chairs/chair covers/tablecloths, however when I found out how much it would I was sold!

Lisa and Dave could not have been more helpful in helping us choose a marquee for our after-wedding garden party, or putting it up and decorating it. They offered great value for money and their calm, flexible approach really helped us at a very busy time. It's rare to find such nice people. They are gems, and we enjoyed working with them.

Our passion to help you make your dream event happen.

We are small family run with Lisa at the helm, but we have Geoff who is a great right hand man & a great problem solver and a committed team we can call on when the need arises.

We do not have a flash website just a basic one to show what we have, we would rather put the hundreds of pounds it costs into our passion & providing you with more choice of items to choose from.

Our passion started with a cheap £70 so called marquee for a New years party we was holding a few years ago & after rolls of duck tape & will power, we released that we was not going to win (as seen in photo below) So we then decided to invest in a real tent & not a toy. To date we have a range of sizes from 4x4 metre through to 6x18 metre & all our marquees can be connected together giving enough space for around 200 people or around 100 seated with many accessory options to choose from when your deciding what you require for your special event.

If its a childs birthday party, family BBQ or a wedding our vision is the same to make your event one to remember by all that attend. So why not get in touch as it costs nothing to find out!!!
