A lovely last workshop today- Relaxation Day.
Had an energetic yoga session with then lunch of leek and potato soup with sourdough croutons, spring onions, seeds and pomegranate. A sweet treat of cranberry and orange cupcakes, mince pies or banana and walnut muffins.
We made our beautiful eco wreaths and finished of the day with a relaxing sound bath by Simone. Hope you enjoy your goodie bags 💚

On a beautiful frosty morning yesterday I welcomed a lovely group to for our festive relaxation day!

We made beautiful eco wreaths, warming yoga with finished with a relaxing sound bath with

The food and drinks were a selection of fruit teas and citrus water, roasted squash and tomato soup topped with seeds, sourdough croutons and crispy kale, cranberry and cashew nut brownies and flapjacks. Then later warm homemade mince pies with cream. All deliciously plantbased 💚

Everyone left feeling refreshed and energised for the festive season ahead and a beautiful goodie bag from all of us small local businesses.
