So, while Benson House is STILL WAITING to be allowed to re-open, all being well mid May, another outside delivery made for clients supper,

King Prawn and Smoked Salmon starters,followed by Braised Lamb Shank in red wine, with Sweet potato mash, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and Cauliflower cheese au gratin,rounded off with Lemon Soufflés.
