I had such a beautiful day with my friend Becy at where she took stunning photos of my cakes that showcase my work beautifully. I love Becy’s style of photography; her work is sentimental and precious—true art 🫶🏻

I adore how we used the tulle to create a dreamy setting for the cake; it finishes everything off so beautifully. I always discuss the best placement and set-up for your cake with my couples. When creating cakes that are pieces of art, it’s important that your cake stands out on your wedding day and serves as a beautiful centerpiece 🫶🏻

What should you bring to your dress fittings:
✅️ Wedding Shoes
(If you plan on changing shoes for the evening, I recommend having your hem pinned whilst wearing the shoes you will have on for your ceremony and photos)
✅️ Undergarments
(Bra, underskirt, shapewear if you're having any)

Optional:
🌼 Accessories
(Jewellery, hair pieces or veil)
🌼A friend or family member
(Useful to have someone who has been shown how to get you into your dress correctly and how to bustle the train)

What not to have at your dress fittings:
❎️ Heavy make up and lots of fake tan
(You do not want to risk marking your dress before the big day. There may not be time to have it professionally cleaned)
❎️ An entourage
(Apart from not having a huge amount of space, it's also distracting for the seamstress and the bride when there is a large party in attendance. I recommend 1 to 2 people at your fittings, if you wish)

How to hire… 👒

We take care of our customers on an appointment only basis, in our studio located in Cawdor, Nairnshire. 📍
Our experience & expertise ensures your choice of hat is perfect for your special occasion. We pride ourselves on our customer service aiming to make choosing a hat an enjoyable experience. Our mission is for you to look good and feel confident. ✨
All you need to do is message us to book an appointment (day or evening) to come and find your ideal hat or fascinator for the occasion, bring your outfit with you, as well as any other accessories such as shoes or handbag that you intend to wear with the outfit. 👜 👠
This will make the process of hiring considerably easier. It is very difficult to get a colour match from a photo no matter how good your phone is.

Hats can be chosen & booked weeks or months in advance & will then be prepared & ready for collection a day or two before your event. Typically, our hire period is from Thursday to Tuesday however this can be tailored to weekends or weeks you require upon request. We recommend that you come in to hire as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as we only have one of each piece.
Our hat hire charges represent good value for high end quality designer hats which retail at hundreds of pounds. Your hat will be cleaned and beautifully boxed ready to collect on your agreed date.

All dresses featured here are available “to go”. They are a selection of new and ex-sample dresses from Ivy Bridal and will be from a range of designers. There will be only one available at this price so if you see a dress you love then book in quick!

PRICES - Discounts range from 25% up to 80% off RRP, and all dresses will be UNDER £1000, giving you fabulous choice that won’t break the bank. The discounted price is available only on the sample or “in stock” dress. Many of the dresses shown are current collections and can still be ordered in other sizes from Ivy Bridal. SIZING - the bridal size will be shown on each post. Bridal sizing does tend to run small and many brides find they have to go up 1,2 or even 3 sizes in their wedding dress. Where possible I will show the approximate high street size in brackets. Most dresses can easily be taken down 1 or 2 sizes.
