✨Payment Policy✨
We allow a 48hr non refundable booking fee payment period before your date/time is given to someone else, we cannot chase up payments and no booking is confirmed without a deposit paid. ❤️
In the past we’ve sadly had to turn away a lot of people because the original time slot holder simply didn’t pay and held up an un-used slot, which simply isn’t fair. We hope this new policy will allow a fairer chance for everyone to experience the magic we create here✨
📍please also note that no booking is confirmed in our system till a booking fee has been requested and received.
we now ask that balance of your payment is paid at least 72hrs prior 💫
At Enchanted events we pride ourselves on making memories, and so to prevent ruining the magic we do not accept cash in hand. All payments are to be made via bank transfer/PayPal.

Making a return this year by popular demand, we can now announce that The Snow Queen will be delivering advent calendars again this year! ☃️
Visit includes one advent calendar and extras are £2.50🍫
*For the moment being, visits will be limited to: Formby, Southport, Ormskirk , Crosby, Waterloo, Maghul and some parts of north Liverpool. Please check with us if your unsure if we’ll be covering your area for deliveries.

If your child needs extra care or adjustments made to your booking please do not hesitate to get in touch. We will never judge no matter how big or small adjustments you need are, and we’re always more than happy to discuss and apply whatevers needed to make the visit accessible💖
