Some news….. my personal journey with Slimming World has been life changing and I am so excited that I’m going to be helping others change their lives for the better in the New Year as I embark on my new role as a Slimming World Consultant! I couldn’t do this if I didn’t wholeheartedly believe in this programme and everything this company stands for. I’ll share details of my groups with you once they’re confirmed. If you know anyone who might need some help, feel free to send them my way! In the meantime, I have a lot of reading and training to do ☺️

We went out for lunch with friends on Saturday and John had truffle and Parmesan fries….. I was VERY jealous so, not to be outdone, I created my own, food optimised version for only 2 syns! Slimming World really is a lifestyle, not a diet ☺️

It’s battered and dog chewed, but you get the idea!! 18.5 pounds to go to target after a 2.5 pound loss this morning….. There are a LOT of potential ‘scuppers’ in my way over the next few weeks and I’m questioning whether target by Christmas is do~able 🤷🏻‍♀️ But, if it’s not to be, it won’t be for want of trying and I’ll keep reminding myself how far I’ve come

Last nights supper was a loaded burger (forgot to take a pic!) with spicy wedges and it was yummy! If you’re struggling for inspiration, have a look as they’re fantastic! Each pot has a recipe and shopping list on and they are all syn free! Last night I used the burger blend and the chips and wedges one and both were delicious
