2024 has been an amazing year and I’ve had the pleasure of marrying some brilliant couples.
The venues, photographers, videographers, florists, decorators, chauffeurs, pipers and all the other professionals I have worked with all make our couples day the best day it can. It’s great to work with a great group of people.

Friday took me to the Radstone Hotel to marry Callin to Cheryl Anne. A ceremony where we remembered Cheryl Anne’s dad, a family handfast with their two kids, Colton and Amia and finally toasting their marriage with a drink from the quaich!
It’s always a privilege to marry people you know and it makes it extra special for me.

When a colleague you used to work with asks you to conduct their wedding ceremony it’s an absolute honour. Lauren and I worked together a few years ago and I was delighted when she got in touch.
Yesterday I left the kilt at home for the wedding of Lauren and Lewis. Balbirnie House was the perfect location for their black themed wedding.
The ceremony was elegant with The Cairn String Quartet introducing our bride to the guests and Lewis.
We shared their story of how they got together, bought a house, got Dougal the dog and got engaged.
They then shared their vows and both had three reasons they love each other and one reason that they drive each other crazy!
Loved working with the fab team at Balbirnie House, Kevin and Ross the photographer and videographer and The Cairn String Quartet for the second time this weekend.
