It’s nearly weekend friends! With summer upon us, we wanted to give you a quick and easy cocktail recipe that is perfect for serving a crowd on hot days. Made with just three ingredients, this vodka punch recipe whips up in a snap and can be stretched to please a huge crowd. For this pink lemonade with vodka recipe, all you need is some frozen pink lemonade concentrate, citrus vodka and some good old lemon-lime soda. That’s it! Oh and a few fresh berries and lemons for garnish. It’s so versatile too. You can easily add more vodka or more soda depending on your pitcher size or how many thirsty folks are crowding around your patio. How to Make Pink Lemonade Vodka Punch
First, combine 12 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate with one cup of citrus vodka in a large pitcher.
Next, add just enough lemon-lime soda to fill up the pitcher and stir all together. Your guests can top off their glass with extra soda if they want.
Then, garnish with sliced lemons and some fresh raspberries and voila! You have a gorgeous summertime cocktail that will please all your party-goers. Tip: Don’t make too soon before the party or it will go flat - enjoy 🍹 🍸

Half way through “Dry January” and we thought we’d help you on the last leg - nearly there ! If you can’t wait for a little tipple look no further than these beauties ! I always put a bottle of Nosecco in my basket should I spy it in the aisles in or (it’s that good I might as well start ordering the crates of six from ) For me, this is the closest to a legit boozy Prosecco.

Try the classy and tasty The packaging is discrete, so you won't have to worry about sticking out like a sore thumb at a party (not that you should care anyway... but I know I personally sometimes want to blend into the background and not answer a dozen questions about whether or not I'm pregnant!) Christmas pudding vodka

Preparation and cooking time. Prep:30 mins
plus infusing

Makes just over 1 litre
Get set for Christmas with a tipple to toast the season. It features all the festive flavours – oranges, lemons, cinnamon, dried fruit, amaretto and brandy. Ingredients

300g currants
100g sultanas
50g prunes
50g glacé cherries
1 orange and 1 lemon, zest pared
150g dark brown sugar
½ tsp mixed spice
1 cinnamon stick
1 vanilla pod, split down the centre
1 litre vodka
25ml brandy
25ml amaretto
Method
STEP 1
Sterilise a 1.5-litre preserving jar. Tip the dried fruit, citrus zests, sugar, spices and vanilla pod into the jar.
STEP 2
Pour half the vodka into the jar. Seal the lid, then turn the jar upside-down and give it a good shake to evenly distribute the sugar. Remove the lid and add the remaining vodka, the brandy and amaretto.
STEP 3
Re-seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place, turning or shaking it once a day for the first week. After two to three weeks, strain the vodka through a sieve lined with coffee filter papers or a clean kitchen cloth. Use the soaked fruit in festive bakes such as a fruit cake, pudding or mincemeat.

Decant the strained vodka into sterilised bottles and label. The vodka will keep well for about two years, but the flavour will be best in the first six months. 🎄
