Join us this weekend for our LAST Sunday live music event, supported with funding from the PRS early career promoter fund 🤩

& with the exception of our epic NYE party (with the one and only Land of the Giants), this will sadly be our last live music event until the end of March next year!

We won’t be running our live music events as often in 2025. It’s been a tricky time to promote and host live music. But we definitely aren’t giving up completely, so please keep following what we do and keep your eyes out for more events… and most importantly, please show up and/or spread the word if you can!

🎶 THE ANDY QUICK BAND 🎶 Andy Quick

The band were formed in 2016 by award-winning songwriter Andy Quick. Since then they’ve played at some of the best UK festivals including Glastonbury, NASS and Boardmasters and have blossomed into a confident band with a heavyweight set list. This band is tight and the hype is growing. Andy has a unique voice and a knack for a catchy chorus.

Well here is some positive news for Plymouth City Centre, it’s residents and local musicians!

We’ve recently had a chat with Plymouth City Centre Company who have ambitious plans for the next five years, which will aim to strengthen the city centre’s position as a major retail, visitor and leisure destination. They want to inject more live music performance into the City’s central spaces, with new exciting performance spaces being worked on.

They are keen for us to work with them and recommend some local original and creative bands who might be up for busking opportunities within the best spots in the City Centre, as well as potential performance opportunities at some of Plymouth’s well known annual events (such as the Christmas lights switch on, Christmas market and Flavour Fest).

This sounds really promising for the future of Plymouth’s City Centre. Free events for the whole community in accessible spaces!

We are really keen to inject a bit of our Pogo Events alternative musical style into the city centre! We would love to invite some of our previous Pogo line up to get involved and recommend some other acts for this. If this is an opportunity you would like to get involved with, please register your interest in the comments below or send us an email and we will pass the details over! Please also let us know if you can provide a busking set up.
