Todays Valentine shout out is for the incredible Stephanie Trendall, owner and head chef at Stephanie Emma Catering 💟

There seems to be no request too big or too small for Steph! She has provided amazing 3 course menus for our supper clubs, homemade cakes and bakes for our shopping events, she even provides the necessary fuel for our team meetings.

She only has one answer, "YES", and we love her.

HUGE valentine love for this wonderful woman.

We had the absolute pleasure of catering for a very special charity event at the weekend and we are pleased as punch at the outcome. They want to do it again!

We had license to create the menu from scratch, which was then sent to James at Woods Wines so that he could hand select some beautiful wines to pair with each course and MY WORD he did not disappoint.

We loved hand prepping this beaut of a menu including monkfish scampi, beef tenderloin and a fig and frangipani tart.

Did I also mention the brand new Orange and Passion Fruit caramel from Gorvett & Stone, another handcrafted product made for the Chiltern Centre? Available to purchase in store, proceeds to the Centre as well.

The Chiltern Centre is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with Henley’s very own chocolate shop Gorvett & Stone that promises to bring joy to chocolate enthusiasts of all ages.
We are offering a unique opportunity to become a chocolate taster and help them create a new delectable treat!
From today, both children and adults have the chance to step into the delightful world of chocolate tasting. As part of this fun-filled initiative, successful participants will get to sample a range of chocolates crafted by Gorvett & Stone and share their thoughts on each flavour. But the adventure doesn’t stop there – the most imaginative and enthusiastic panellist will have their name on the chocolate which will be sold in store!
How to Enter:

2. Get Creative: Write an exciting paragraph on why you would make a fantastic chocolate taster and chocolatier. Tell us what you love about chocolate, what flavours you dream of creating, or any fun chocolatey experience that makes you stand out!
The chocolate with the most votes from the 5 lucky panellists will be produced for sale in the shop with a percentage of each sale going directly to the Chiltern Centre. It's pie week! 🥧 🥧 🥧

Did you know that Stephanie has a café in Watlington? And it is here that all of her beautiful food is created for Stephanie Emma Catering.

As it's pie week we wanted to give a shout out to Pielicious Ltd who bake all of the gorgeous pies stocked and enjoyed at The Industry Café.

Join us this April on 'The New Orleans' for an evening of side-splitting laughter. Hobbs of Henley is proud to present a comedy fundraiser to benefit the Riverside Counselling Service, an essential local service offering accessible counselling for all.

In collaboration with Jericho Comedy, an acclaimed comedy group from Oxford, we invite you to a night where every chuckle and guffaw helps a vital cause.

100% of the evening's proceeds will go directly to supporting Riverside Counselling Service.

This event is for adults only, please.

Have you ever wondered about the faces behind Stephanie Emma Catering?

Well here they are, albeit hiding as usual!

From left to right Pat, Cheryl and Stephanie.

Pat is a fully qualified fabulous chef and also mother to these two ladies, which I think makes her ultimately responsible for pretty much everything 😜

Cheryl is often found keeping Steph’s cogs turning in the background, in the office but also out on site. She also manages events, organised marquees, flowers, entertainment, and so much more.

Stephanie, is simply the talent behind every morsel of delicious food the leaves her kitchen. Cooked and presented to perfection.

We just wanted to give a shout out to our Cornish cheesy friends The Cornish Cheese Company
They became great friends with Stephanie when she was living in Cornwall and are in fact a family business.
If you choose cheese for your party there’s a very high chance that this is where it came from 🧀

How do you like your Camembert?

We’ve been trying out a few winter recipes ready for the cold nights but you just can’t beat one of our baked Cornish Camembert’s with a glaze of honey and sprinkle of thyme springs 😍

Quick and easy only taking 10 minutes in the oven. Make sure to give us a tag or message if you give it a go 🧀
