A huge shout out and thank you to the 'Artisan staff who moved us into our own area when our group got too big today.

The staff were also really great with getting our orders to us efficiently which is easy to take for granted but I know how much work goes into the running of a smooth ship.

We felt so welcomed and it so appreciated.

It's time for a name change.

There were various elements of Mother Tribe Gang that just didn't feel right and I needed time and perspective to work them out.

My dream and goal was always to create a place where mothers could meet and feel less alone, or no longer lonely, even for a short period.

I hope I have stripped it back to that.

Sometimes the sleep deprivation, the needs of our young child or the juggle can get too much.

Add the weather on top of all this at the mo and it can have us feeling negative.

These things are enough to drive anyone stir crazy.

Try not to take it on yourself.

Remember to ask for help. Outsource where you can.

P A U S E

Sadly we didn't sell any tickets to our events this month.

I'm going to go away and think about what went wrong and work out the next move.

I think it's important to be honest. Christ, I think it is important to talk about failure. Failure happens.

Thank you to the mums and women that support Mother Tribe Gang, attended our event in June and were amazing at promoting the community.

I believe there should be a multitude of mum groups all with there own special uniqueness.

Competition is good for the customer- it makes everyone stay on or up their game. It gives women options. That is only a good thing.

I believe whole heartedly that all mothers need a local community - women of all ages. That we rise together.

If you get what I am trying to do and have any feedback it is most welcome.

Here's to women and mums everywhere! May we all find our tribe.

Friday morning is shaping up to be beautiful.

Here's whats happening at our Mother Tribe Gang's Coffee Club on Friday 15th July.

We'll be kicking off the event with a talk from Kaley . Kaley will be talking to us about how we can navigate the knarly feelings that can come up as mother like not feeling good enough.

There'll be time to connect, chat, get Coffee and have breakfast if you haven't done so.

We have a raffle prize of lunch for two at the beautiful Badgemore Park in Henley. One attendee will leave with this lovely treat of a prize.

We have the most perfect first speaker for us mums and that is Kaley of . Kaley is going to impart some of her expert knowledge so that we all can navigate motherhood with some extra tools under our belt.

At our mums coffee club in June we included in the price of the ticket a for our mum attendees.

Emily, the founder and the newspaper were spoken of highly. Here you can see some of our fabulous attendees having a quick read.

Mother Tribe Gang was set up primarily to tackle loneliness is motherhood. Our events are a place where you can share honestly how you feel and you'll be met with a chorus of support and hugs in a safe environment. Come alone and leave with friends.

One of the most powerful things we can do for others is really listen to them.

We are all out here just winging it and we need our wing women. Those women who have been there, are where we are, have done it and lived to tell the tale.

New mums don't just need new mums, they need the full spectrum of motherly and female support from female friendships, to mums with slightly older kids, to mums with teenagers and beyond, and women that are grandmothers.

Having this full spectrum of support helps all types of mothers thrive and has a huge positive impact on the next generation and the communities we live in.

As mothers we take on so much we need to lean on others to look after ourselves.

To all the incredible women that made our first Coffee Club the inclusive, warm and honest place it was today. Thank you!

Thanks to (our venue) for supporting us from the get go. Their kindness and support made this lady feel so much better about doing something that at times felt a little scary. Scary in the sense of getting people to attend and starting a brand from scratch. It has all been worth it!

Thank you to who also got what we were doing and provided their yummy product for mums.

Thank you to our Coffee Club guests - brilliant women, that are also mums. This event was what it was because of you- your warmth, your honesty, your kindness.

Thank you to for taking today's pictures and being such a joy to work with.

When I first had my eldest son I felt very alone, even though I had support from my husband, mum and friends.

I felt alone because at the time there was no one I knew on a similar journey to me that I felt I could confide in. That could express: "me too" and share their story, which would have helped me feel less lonely.

I am currently drawing up community rules for Mother Tribe Gang. These include holding space for other members to speak their truth and their fears, that we recognise that two opposing opinions can exist at the same time and both be valid, and respect for the unique motherhood journey we are all on. That anything confided at our meetings is within a circle of trust, and we ask our members to respect other people's right to privacy, and to not repeat stories outside of the group.

I want our mothers to feel safe, held, seen, heard and validated.
