Educational Visits - Inclusion, SEND and SEMH
Glitterbugs aims to educate and entertain children about a variety of creatures and critters whilst also boosting confidence and covering key elements of the curriculum in a fun and engaging way. Glitterbugs is inclusive and focus' on using an extensive knowledge of working with children with a variety of additional needs to provide bespoke learning/entertainment experiences.

Programmes can be flexible to include literacy activities, creative crafts etc taken at the pace of the students involved.

Educational Visits - KS2 year 5/6 programme of study - Evolution and inheritance
A chance to meet the animals and to discuss their origins.
Looking at how different animals are adapted to suit their environment in different ways. Investigating and discussing how that adaptation may lead to evolution e.g. Darwin's finches.

A chance for students to encounter of variety of animals. To learn the definition of each classification of animal and how they are grouped together. To investigate adaptations and how this allows animals to live in their habitats/micro habitats. To look at habitats and how/why they have changed e.g. deforestation. Investigating and discussing how this affects living things and their environment.
