CHRISTMAS AT WOLLATON: We are pleased to say that experts have visited site to attend to the damage sustained from falling trees and we are safe to open again from today (22.12.23).
A large tree has come down over the tunnel entrance to our trail. In order to ensure the safety of all customers we have arranged an alternative route that means visitors will now enter at the top of the hill by the Christmas tree that can be seen on arrival in the carparks. Visitors will still see all the same installations on the trail, with the only change being to the tunnel. It is very wet out in the park so please wear wellies and waterproof clothing.
We would like to thank the Wollaton Park and Hall team and Nottingham City Council for working with the Kilimanjaro teams to enable us to safely open again today.
We cannot wait to welcome you to Christmas at Wollaton!

WALMER CASTLE | Customer Notice: Due to ongoing traffic issues towards Dover, the M20 J8-9 remains closed today. There is still heavy traffic heading towards Dover and the closure of the M20 is helping to keep disruption to a minimum. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Christmas at Walmer Castle.

Visiting us soon? Here are some helpful tips to enhance your experience when coming to our trails:

🧤 Layer up with warm clothing to stay snug in the cold temperatures.
👪 If you're bringing little ones, make sure they are bundled up too with extra layers and mittens to keep them toasty.
🌂 Don't forget to bring an umbrella just in case of unexpected drizzles or snowflakes.
📷 Ensure your cameras and phones are fully charged to capture the magic of the festive lights!

Illumaphonium is a dynamic and interactive, multi sensory, music making installation - the first of its kind! 🤩

The semi acoustic/automatic musical sculpture stands over 3.5 meters tall and consists of more than a 100 illuminated chime bars that respond to touch! This one is at Walmer Castle this year! Come play and have fun with our interactive installations!
