Happy from our pooch to yours!

Many of our clients know Dylan, our lovely labradoodle. He is often seen running around on the set-up for the event and will occasionally pop out to see how our team are doing during the evening. We are always careful to ensure he doesn't randomly turn up in the middle of the dancefloor during your first dance!

Oh my goodness - what a wedding!

Last weekend we celebrated the wedding of Kate and Tom. A really beautiful couple inside and out - and a wedding to match.

A very relaxed affair with an outdoor ceremony under the oak tree (postponed briefly to allow the rain to pass) and then grazing tables, garden games, glamping and even the groom and his band taking to the stage.

With the entire field at your disposal for your event, there's plenty of space for lawn games. We have croquet, giant jenga and co****le that we can bring along but we also have other companies we work with who can offer anything from golf simulators to bubble football.

One of the big draws of The Venue at Gayton is that we don't charge any corkage for daytime drinks. But what does that mean?

Basically, you can bring along all your welcome drinks, table drinks and toast drinks totally free of charge. We will chill them for you and serve them, including providing all of the glassware and ice buckets.

We will run a cash/card bar alongside it if you would like and that an agreed time (usually after speeches if you're having a fairly traditional running order), we will clear away any unopened bottles and run the cash bar for the rest of the evening.

This can save you thousands, depending on your tastes but also gives you the flexibility to serve your guests drinks that you know they're going to enjoy. We've had everything from local ales to cocktails and love the flexibility it offers to our clients.
