Royal Mail: there is a delay in there network as to where I’m not sure I’ve been advised Southampton or Midwest hub where all item go through.
Why : again I don’t know . We drop parcels and allow them to do there work.
We don’t get told of this we just learn from parcels taking longer then they should

When we re open our order books lead times will be shorter and dispatch times not so close to weddings so we don’t hit any issues like this. As a delay is stressful enough.

We will use parcel force for a few days until RM catch up on whatever is going on with them again.

Just hope someone buys them out and makes them go back to the business they used to be before Covid 💕
There will be updates Wednesday as it’s mental at the moment as we are trying to get ahead which we are just about reaching and improving timings 💕

I’m working super hard to do this day and night after the last few months . But at the moment order books are still closed till September xx
Only thing we can do is add on to existing orders for dates after August .

August is fully booked but we we now on dates from the 22nd and forward not wanting to jinx anything .

Sorry for the quietness. We are still working non stop, but we are finally seeing the light through the demand we had over the summer.

I will be popping up some personal posts on Friday once the is week is out that way. Just once again thank you to everyone’s kindness as we have worked through this differcult patch . I’m now a lot better and we are near on caught up 💕🥂

Order books still closed but we are shifting alot of robe stock as we won’t be selling bundles and robes any longer xx

Anyhow just wanted to do a quick update - we are still here as always xx

Hey all,

Transparency in business Is key especially being small.
As most are aware I have been in hospital on and off since April - I won’t and don’t need to publish why but I wouldn’t wish it on any women.

Staff and myself where I can have worked there butts off and our order books are still closed until I feel we have completely caught up. Next week is a busy one as any orders waiting it’s the final week of sending these meaning the catch up is complete 💕

What we are going to do though is keep order books closed until September this will then allow us to run orders to 0 so no robes outstanding no bundles no random one off items . This way we can work on a new lead time new pricing and new processes to make it all stress free all round . I do understand when there is lead times it’s scary I get that and we aim to fix that side of things.
As we don’t tend to get complaints on items it’s just lead times and dispatch which stresses me out also.

This isn’t going to effect anyone’s orders I just feel it needs to be said as of the turbulence we hit Whilst I’ve been ill.

Going forward if im ill things are now being put in place so that we aren’t effected and neither is any customer.

I want to thank the 98% of customers that just stood by us through this and have cared and been kind you are the ones keeping us going.!

Like I’ve said before I and this business won’t be going anywhere but we will from September be known for beautiful items great lead times and the best customer care we can give. This is what we are working on.

I can’t wait for September to hit it will be from the 15th (little one goes back to pre school)

This next 2 months is going to be huge a massive push and massive shipping frenzie but also keeping quality up to the normal standards

If anyone needs me I’m here in working hours for calls or anything.

At the moment August weddings and September are full priority we are still working on date order but now from next week lead times are also in with that . Just as much as you I can’t wait for all orders to be cleared and with you all as it’s the best feeling for us as it is you.

And finally sorry to anyone the delays and my health has affected not meant but work is in place to sort that now 💕.

Sorry for the quietness - we are working round the clock . We’ve been through a turbulent few months but coming out the other side now 💕

We are still working on date order at the moment for about another week to ten days and should calm back down again xx it’s been the busiest season and I’m so looking forward to September when it calms

Thanks to all who have kept us busy . Processes are going to change going forward to make sure every order runs smoothly 💕

Order books will re open in September but only for September dates and after as we are fully booked now til then. Which I’m grateful for.

I won’t go into what has gone on with me personally as I don’t need to publish my health but as a small business if I struggle the business did.! And I’m sorry for that . But going forward processes will be in place if I’m ill xx

Please read!

I am beyond fed up of some customers not choosing to listen or look at Lead times and get pushy or threatening towards us to make us push you in front! Like im a ball with a chain.! And if we don’t do as they say I’m threatened with slanderous Facebook posts.

Please remember I am a person behind this business .! The scam word is thrown around far too easily ! A small business means that small or one person behind it all. So if lead times are long then that is because it’s takes alot to make these items and we have multiple customers if we get behind I publish this I apologise if I go into hospital I publish it i work finger to the bone day and night. Having Demands at 1 am for order info is just not acceptable I know the customer service side of the business needs improvement and we wil get to that soon and improve this . But pushing in or threatening if I don’t do your order earlier is just not acceptable ! This pushes other orders back and out of lead times it’s just not on anymore . Not fair on brides that patiently and kindly wait.

We are here to make nice items for all yes we may get behind but it’s not meant it just happened just like a big business would.

We run budget pricing to be able to give brides nice items but these are time consuming so please don’t tell us it takes a week or well that’s enough time when you have no clue on how stuff is done !

Also to brides who have taken tester pricing budget sale pricing in return for pics and haven’t provided pics in return over 6 months after your dates - this to really isn’t acceptable . We do testers at trade price ie (no profit) the pics is what we need to earn from in the future that’s why you get the pricing so if you haven’t sent us the pics please do.

This isn’t aimed at anyone and most of our customers are just amazing bit I feel it needs to be said as I’ve had enough of working day and night to be spoken to like crap at times .

Of course Customer satisfaction is fully my responsibility and if we fail at times then it’s up to us to learn from those times.

Lead times will start to improve as we will now be charging full price for all items I will no longer offer budget pricing which is shame for a lot of future kind brides xx

We are working our buts off at the moment to make sure all dispatches and lead times are faster but I am entitled to a little down time.

If couriers mess up or delay or get behind I am not to blame ! But I step in! They earn billions of £££ a year we don’t but I still chase around and do there job.

What I’m saying is I will no longer tolerate being spoken to rudely . I will always help and assist but I will no longer bump anyone up. I will assist if dates loom or you need to earlier date. Please please be transparent on dates when you order. Don’t get half way through lead time and state you’re going on holiday for 7 months so you need it tomorrow. We won’t push anyone in front anymore meaning we can actually stick to lead times provided a instead of us getting out of lead times as we get scared of people who threaten us with slanderous posts

I’m not saying we aren’t at fault sometimes as we do get behind sometimes or miss something or something goes wrong but I am ALWAYS here to assist always!

Going forward from August things will be changing. The terms of business will be also as I can’t run in the way we are with this in mind.

Yes we make mistakes along the way who doesn’t but the onslaught isn’t on . And I’m all about being kind and it’s taken me a lot to post this xx

Sorry for the rant but I’ve held it in for far to log and I’m trying to please every customer with each and every demand so we will now put the terms of business in and that is what needs to be stuck to. Unless you have run a crazy busy personalised business in the wedding industry you have no clue what it’s like to do it’s not like any other business it’s extremely tough as most fold in the first year as the pressure is real so please just be kind I’m always here to answer the phone or assist in anyway xx

We’ve been here three years now , lost our Facebook a year ago at 10k and back to 8k we aren’t going anywhere and what we have in the pipeline is exciting . Order books are still closed for a little while longer while we work on wedding date order (as per previous posts) we will go back to normal in a few weeks . Thanks to all who have understood that other brides have looming dates so they take priority at the moment xx

AUGUST SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER wedding dates if you haven’t provided us info for your orders please do so by the end of next week.

If your aware of all info for November and December dates please also provide these as soon as you can as we are working on all artwork

We are having to change the way we ship and pre dispatch orders so artwork and production needs to be earlier .

Once you have your info provided to the catering team please then provide us the names

I’m working day and night this week I’m on my own and have inset day tomorrow

This is due to be the busiest week ever with loads and loads and loads going out , finally the catch up we needed
Artwork and admin and messages will only be in the evening as I have a lot to dispatch and answering DMs sets the dispatch back

UPDATE

FACEBOOK MESSENGER and Facebook in general isn’t working well , I’ve seen multiple others saying that same thing about this and is has been going on for over a week . Tomorrow night I will be setting up a email where all order contact will need to go to . Messenger has become to unreliable and it’s gone on for over a week now.

Email will be published and popped onto new pinned posts xx
We are also having issues with comments on posts and posts not being seen so I hope you all see this xx

Over the next 14 days we will be running on wedding date order only as playing catch up from my time off doing lead time dates and wedding dates looming is proving differcult

With staff holidays added into the mix over the next 14 days also means we have no other way or option to work like this , Meg is going on holiday 😳 lol. If anyone is free to stop her at the airport I’d be grateful haha

I’ve spoken to most and I’m grateful you all understand and are patient. Thank you 💕

We are focusing on June July August wedding dates plus the few orders who you know who you are- until all is sorted then we Will be back to normal service from middle of July 10th .

Mum is coming in to take over the running of the business ie - customer service / lead times / and order info and messages emails DMs so please be kind to her 💕👩🏽 with I hope from someone else family wise. This totally will free me up to make as I’m getting in a bit of a anxious mess making items and not being able to reply but then when I’m replying I’m not making so little circle that needs to stop.

Mum helped last year and has run our other businesses with me to which we are very successful . 5star ratings.

Mum will stay in the business now and will be point of contact and making us run more efficiently and bringing it the growth.

The wedding industry can be tough as at the moment I’m rather burnt out . But we are still going to continue to work day and night but we must do this via wedding date order until July 10th

Mum is back from her cruise Friday (lucky) : so will be taking over from Monday.

Pricing :

From Monday : all current price list won’t stand anymore. We have tried to do pricing as budget friendly as possible but this is just not sustainable anymore for us as a business so if you have the pricing these prices will available til Monday we’re then the order books will close til we deliver with the next two weeks

This isn’t anything to worry about it’s just that for us to keep the business moving as it needs and play catch up from my health issue last month we just need to do this to make the business better all round with communication lead times and accuracy etc.
it’s not so much behind it just I want to bring lead times down and provide a better service so this is what we need to do that

We have had nothing but trouble over the last few days with the below message or no messages when people have said they have sent them , I’ve been advised to remove messenger off my iPhone and re set it in full meaning I have to back up a lot

This week has been really tough one - and I’m taking the weekend off to spend with my little one which I haven’t been able to do properly for months . We work non stop day and night on this business and I need a break.

🚨We have made a well overdue decision to stop making robes gifts and bundles and being a complete wedding signage business.

Reason for this - we are forever being copied - our pics stolen our adverts stolen - there are so many start up mini one man bands who contact us pretend to buy just to get our pricing , they even steal our adverts word for word then our pics to try sell products to people . Blood sweat and tears goes into everything we do and it just a bit sole destroying to constantly keep seeing it.
This won’t effect any current orders at all and if you need to ever add to yours orders that’s totally fine and if anyone needs anything on request again that’s fine we just won’t be force selling bundles and gifts anymore 🌸💕

“But what if you don’t send what I purchase” But what if we do ……. ! 💞 We get asked this from time to time as there are so many worried buyers out there and this is due to all the companies that have scammed you or gone under . These companies make it so much harder for the rest of us when customers are worried or sketchy when a order is in lead time or sometimes takes longer than lead times . But we make and send every order ALWAYS. So let me explain the order process and who and how we do what we do. If we are lucky enough to get a order - which we are on a regular basis - then we see ourselves as super lucky for that as these orders keep my roof over my head and the business I love running so thank you to you all for that . Now the hard work begins - if we take 10 in a day and 10 the next day and 5 the next and 0 the next these orders go in a lead time queue - sometimes we have to order products in for you and sizing. (Due to delays and strikes these items can take some time at the moment ) So as you can imagine to make a order can take a day or two for one full order so if there is 10 in front of you that can be 20 days to get to your order . We are lucky enough to have 100s of orders so we can sometimes in peak times give longer lead times, Reason being is we are a super popular company (grateful for this) but i feel the reason we are popular is due to the quality of items we make and the service we give, we do our best to give the personal touch i as a owner give my tel number to all my customers something my partner tells me I shouldn’t as I never switch off even at 11 at night il try reply if I’m awake. Now my part - I may say as I did in august - lead times should be less in the winter as I felt winter would slow down this year for sales (cost of living)… well I estimated that wrong we are still working 10-15 hours days for you all. I video nearly everything We do from post runs to . I’m going to eventually do videos of the process to make orders as I’m not sure people fully understand the process. It’s not just sticking a sticker on a items it’s design it’s cutting it’s weeding it backing it’s placement it layers there so much time and effort put into each item . They aren’t easy or fast to make hence why there is always a lead time worn any craft business .. when I get some time I will do video updates for that also xx
