First dinner party for a while! Cooking for the fabulous and her lovely friends. Only doing a few of these over the year now (still at last years price!😉) So get in early if you want to book a dinner party or summer event. 😘👨‍🍳 . I haven’t posted lately as I’ve gone back to teaching at UCB (college of food)
I’m now teaching the next generation of brummie gastronomists!!
The pictures are from a function at the college and an example of what amazing ingredients the students get to work with and the skills they get to learn!!
I’ll keep you updated on my teaching experiences (I will still be doing the occasional dinner party or event!!😘😉👨‍🍳)

Mixed the roast beef dinner up today with a bit of ‘low and slow ‘ feather blade.
A beautiful cut of beef that we cook in red wine and stock for 8 hours!!
Topped with crispy onions. 😘👨‍🍳

After a health inspection 2 weeks ago it was very pleasing to be rewarded this morning with a 5 star rating at the venue I collaborate and consult with. A clean and organised kitchen is an efficient and dynamic kitchen!!! 👨‍🍳😘

We are know cooking and serving street food Thursday - Sunday.

A little tasting session, ready for the kitchen to be open very soon!! 😘👨‍🍳😉
Chicken gyros, tzatziki, flatbread Beef brisket chilli. Dirty fries with veggie chilli (or beef). Sweet chilli glazed chicken wings. Roasted veggies and charred halloumi.
