Reckon we were squirrels in a previous life. Simple pleasures. Thanks to everyone who had signed up for our wreath workshops next weekend. We’ve pretty much sold out, but could maybe squeeze in a couple more so do get in touch if you fancy a few hours of Christmas creative fun and frivolity.
We’re off to stash our hoard

Perfectly imperfect…. This is our last flower of the year, and it sums up our last year pretty well.
We’ve had to scale back a lot this year, which was the opposite of our plans for year four. But life throws you curve balls and we all know about those don’t we.
We’ve been dealing with bereavement and personal loss and facing up to losing our flower farm. We’ve felt very lucky to have each other to navigate this challenging time and also grateful to our families, friends and Instagram community for being there for us too. Thank you to all our fellow flower farmers for checking in on us and being such a support. We love this community of strong women.

We’ve missed our wonderful workshops and but we’ve also pushed on through and fulfilled some beautiful weddings! Thank you to all our brides and grooms this year. You’ve all been so amazing to work with and shared our vision for wild wonderful British flowers and sustainable floristry. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Thanks also to all our wonderful customers and brilliant florists who have supported us this year.
It’s great to share our joy of flowers with you all.

We might be down but we’re far from out…this is not the end of Meadow Cut Flowers , just a new beginning. Watch this space!

Lots of love Shirley and Ruth.

Yesterday we had the lovely job of providing floral arrangements for 95 years young ladies birthday bash. All the flowers and foliage grown here on the farm. Bitter sweet moment as the last event of our flower season this year.
This year has been full of challenges for our business but we hope to be going onwards and upwards next year with all the love and energy we naturally bring to this flowery life. We love what we do and we think it shows.

For our friends today. The skies may be cloudy but the flowers are bright.
We have a few big events in the next couple of weeks. But after that we will have dahlias for all. If you’d like from August just message us and we can sort. Flowers=weekend=joy
