Thank you ever so much to everyone who took part in or attended this weekend's Hulloween Steampunk Festival, culminating in the Grand Finale Parade through the city centre. Thanks also to Princes Quay - Hull for accommodating us at such short notice and going above and beyond to help us. 🫶

Never fear, we are back on the ground floor of Princes Quay from 10am-4pm today, with more market stalls, exhibits, musical performances, talks, morris dancing and teapot racing. The Hulloween Steampunk Festival market is in full swing on the ground floor of Princes Quay, in the PQ event space. Over 40 traders here until 4pm today and from 10am-4pm tomorrow. Lots of different stalls, with something for everyone.

Fantastic turn out for today's Hulloween Parade through the city centre. Join us at Zebedee's Yard at 2pm tomorrow for the Grand Steampunk Parade. So good, we are doing it twice!

Despite the weather, or maybe because of it, this crowd is enjoying a Hulloween Steampunk Festival 'alternative' screening of silent movie Nosferatu at Trinity Market Hull.

Here is a handy map of the ground floor of Princes Quay, so you can get your bearings for what is happening where at this weekend's Hulloween Steampunk Festival. Everything should be easy to spot when you are there anyway, but we always like to help!

UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!

All daytime events have now been moved to the ground floor of Princes Quay shopping centre. You can find the market in the event space, talks and tea duelling in one of the empty units, Steampunk exhibits and artefacts in the atrium, all musical and dance performances in the atrium, as well as the teapot racing. The parades will still be going ahead, as advertised, but will end at Princes Quay.

The evening performance of Nosferatu is still in Trinity Market, the ghost walks will still meet in Trinity Square, and the Immortal Ball is still in the magnificent surroundings of The Guildhall.

If you can't find what you are looking for, head to Princes Quay and you will be pointed in the right direction!

We won't let a little storm defeat us!

Are you attending the Hulloween Steampunk Festival markets on Saturday or Sunday? Note that due to the weather these have been moved indoors to the ground floor events space of Princes Quay shopping centre. Still just as many delights to tickle your fancy!

HullBID is delighted to be bringing this Steampunk festival back to Hull city centre in 2023, and hope that local residents will join in with the events and get involved.
