IT’S STILL BETTER OUTSIDE

Collaborating with and to gather the local running community, the focus of this Nike Run Club event was to highlight the mindfulness advantages of outdoor activities during colder months, alongside Nike’s ‘It’s Still Better Outside’ campaign.

The brief is tight, they know exactly what they want - it’s our job to help turn that into reality. We handpicked suppliers, allowing for a thorough selection process, ensuring that each supplier aligns with the event’s vision, values and standards.

The Nike hub at Battersea Power Station was branded and prepared to welcome 100 runners, Nike influencers and Nike athletes. After gathering and warming up as a community of runners, they took to the streets of London while the space was transformed to accommodate a refuelling station and presentation space on their return.

We often work with creative agencies to become an extension of their team, meaning they can take on projects that need a dedicated event management resource. We become a new string to their bow.

These collaborations have led us to work on some exciting projects with well-known and loved brands.

A few months ago, Toshiba partnered with BBC Studios to host a competition to attend a private screening of Doctor Who. The third and final special, culminating in the incarnation of the new Doctor, was shown on BBC1 on prime time Saturday night at the same time as streaming live from a secret venue in London for lucky competition winners.

We loved working to bring their creative vision to life, from finding the perfect underground secret-locaton venue, to sourcing some of the very best contractors to transform a blank canvas into the Whoniverse, the moment we tested the rose petal canon is one our team will never forget!

We’ve had our heads buried in exhibition planning for the last couple of months so it’s great to finally launch some of the projects we’ve been working on, including the bespoke exhibitor zone for on behalf of 10Four Media which includes order forms, ticket booking, upload zones and downloadable graphics all ready for the 100+ exhibitors attending

As Team TEF sign out for the Christmas break, we want to say a massive thank you to all our clients, contractors, suppliers and friends for an amazing year. We closed our doors for almost two years through Covid and we didn’t know if we’d ever be back. Then one by one the calls came in in January and we haven’t stopped since. We’re very humbled to still be doing what we love and cannot wait for more amazing events in 2023. Happy Christmas everyone 🎄

Last weekend we planned and delivered a summer festival and it was a blast!

We’re still looking back over photos and loving how good it was to see people, dancing, enjoying food and drink, just having such a great time together.

So good to receive such amazing feedback after a busy festival weekend in Rotherham. We worked with the council for a full end-to-end service, from licensing and operational health and safety to food and beverage management, entertainment, security and stewarding. After a two year hiatus it was brilliant to be back and to get such lovely comments from our client and suppliers. High five team!

Silverstone looked glorious in the spring sunshine this month while we moved in for a few days to deliver a technology trade exhibition.

Pre event exhibitor management, venue and contractor liaison, speaker and guest management, as well as full live-day event delivery including registration, this is definitely one of our favourite events where we get to show off all our event management skills. 💪🏼

Looking forward to taking it to Sweden in September!

Today we’re back at for an exhibition across two halls of The Wing. This place holds a special place in our hearts as it’s the location of the first event we ever organised as The Event Foundry when we started back in 2015 with our friends at NFE 💜

We’ve been immersed in operational planning for some exciting outdoor events this summer. This is one of the best bits… where you start to bring the event to life and get under the skin of every single bit. It’s like imaging the journey of a contractor… from pre-event briefing through to ‘lights out’ and de-rig. Then you do it all again for the visitor experience, making sure no stone is left unturned. And we 💜 it! 🤓

We’ve visited Lindholmen Conference Centre this week in Sweden and cannot wait to get everything in place for the trade exhibition in September 🇸🇪

Had a great time supporting the amazing production team On Event Production Co. with 15 Graduation ceremonies a few weeks ago.

It was truely inspiring and an honour to witness everyone collect their well deserved degrees.

The Eastside Rooms is a beautiful venue too, looking forward to be back! 💜
