🎄Full payment must be made to book your visit. Once a reservation has been sent to you, you have 48hrs to make payment before your spot is opened up to anyone in line. Christmas Eve in particular is very popular so don't delay!
🎄We will work our way through from oldest to newest, so please don't send extra messages chasing us up, and make sure all of the information required is included in one message, as sending extras will just shift you to the back of the line. We are expecting to be very busy, and it usually does take us a few hours to get through everyone. I promise we will get to you, just please be patient with us 💖
🎄 Don't forget our brand new neighbour discount, tag those friends and make sure you both get your bookings in to be eligible 😜 (details in photos)
🎄 TIMINGS! As always, we cannot specify a time upon booking. Please keep 10am-4pm free on your visit day free for now. You will get your time no later than 2 weeks prior to your visit date.
🎄 EXTRA CHILDREN/SWEETS: All visits include enough sweets for up to 3 children. Unfortunately we cannot cater for allergies, so you are welcome to provide your own if you wish. This year we are introducing a cut off for adding extra sweets, which is the 1st DECEMBER for all visits. More details will be send when booking.
