What a lovely way to spend an afternoon eating my gluten free and vegan Victoria sponge cake.

I've really enjoyed making this cake today, it's been fun trialling vegan baking.

This is my vegan and gluten free vanilla flavoured sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, topped with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
