Tonight at Koppers is the main man himself Phil Lewthwaite . Music starts at 8:30PM & it's free entry 🥳

Phil Lewthwaite is a Cumbrian singer/songwriter from the west of the county, who is especially known for his friendly engagement with audiences at his gigs.
Phil released his debut album ‘Lakelandsong’ in 2018. “The songs are a narrative of my experience growing up and living in Cumbria. They are about the people and places I’ve encountered living here”.
The album was supported by a small countywide tour with the highlight being a performance combined with large screen video projection at Theatre by the Lake in Keswick.
Phil has also performed at numerous festivals and theatres across Cumbria and also The Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
In 2020, he recorded his electronic/chill out album ‘Skali’ at his home studio. An interesting musical tangent away from his conventional singer/songwriter material, the upbeat, feel-good vibe of ‘Skali’ is something Phil is particularly proud of.
His new August 2022 album ‘The Big Opportunity’, is a return to the mix of rock and acoustic tracks with a few surprises thrown in.
He is a regularly played artist on the BBC Introducing radio show.
His latest release’The Fine Design’ is available on 12 inch vinyl and all major platforms.

Delagrave are an immense band full of talent who performed at Kendal Calling last weekend too! They have performed at venues and events all over Cumbria 🎶 🎵

The Indie Funk band amalgamates a blend of influences from psychedelia to neo-soul, with Lauryn’s vocals channelling Etta James’s style, power and confidence, mixed with a Lana Del Rey delivery.

We have seen them perform loads of times and will happy watch them loads more, they are that good.
