Ellie & Ben’ happily ever after party 4th June 2023🥂💕 Mr & Mrs Blackwell got married on Saturday 3rd of June @greentreesestate they wanted a happily ever after post wedding party for all of their family & friends at the home Ellie grew up in! As they were off to Santorini & Mikonos for their honeymoon, they thought a Greek themed grazing table would be perfect for their party! Greek souvlaki, lamb koftas, stuffed into my homemade flatbreads with tzatziki went down like a treat, and who doesn’t like a chocolate brownie??? I haven’t met anybody yet! Nyetimber’s first open days this weekend! 🥂🥂🥂 The sun is shining & it’s a beautiful day @nyetimber Last summer me & @mihaelawheeler had the pleasure of enjoying an open day, such a fun day & good memories! Delighted to be catering for all of the lovely hard working staff hosting the open days this weekend. Two types of grazing boxes, for each day. Our classic cheese & charcuterie and a Middle Eastern type featuring homemade falafels, caramelised onion hummus & crunchy broccoli salad with cranberries & tamari almonds & seeds! Lunch date at the @amberleyblackhorse 💕💕 This pub had been on my list since lockdown, we finallyset a little time aside today. The owners Johnnie & Emma have done another splendid refurb of this local pub in Amberley, you might remember their previous project The Welldiggers pub just outside of Petworth. I love the contrast of colours, antique wood & lots of up cycled items such as the old windows that cleverly section of the tables for diners, wherever you look there is something beautiful! The outdoor terrace is stunning & big, with breathtaking views of the downs, I cannot wait to return on a hot balmy evening and sit down next to the fire pit & twinkling lights! What did we eat? I always order something that I wouldn’t necessarily eat at home & as for my husband he loves a classic. My dish was the catch of the day- Grilled Brill fish, with mussels & chorizo, served with aioli fries & a lovely side salad of greens, carrot, fennel & those lovely tiny sweet pickled peppers. James enjoyed lovely fresh cod, battered with Amberley ale, chips & mushy peas. Service was amazing, very attentive & friendly! And the food well, pictures speak for themselves, however a top 10/10 for quality, portion size & taste from us! 💕💕
