Lux Breakfast Service 🥂💕🥂

We are delighted to have partnered up with Simple Getaway Rentals to offer their guests, a beautiful homemade breakfast as part of their brand new Butlers Service.

Guests can choose from either a breakfast or brunch option when vacationing at the following beautiful retreats here in Sussex.

Brie & Wine Party last Saturday 🌿🌿

Canarian food & friends ☀️🍷☀️

Last night I spent the evening with two lovely friends, that are now neighbours!
Bonney has been on the island since 1984 and has been a family friend since we arrived on the island in 1986.
We have been renting her beautiful beach apartment for the last 2 years.
Sabine I met last year through Bonney has now relocated permanently from Nice France to the island & rents Bonney other apartment next to her country home.
Last year myself & Sabine were talking about how much we love the island, the energy & the beauty that draws us back time after time!
One day in the future I will make this my home again 💕

I didn’t manage to get a photo of the fruit platter, however it was very similar to the one featured, substituting the dragon fruit & banana with papaya & mango.

Golden Wedding celebrations for Michael & Angela 🥂💕

Michael,Angela and their family celebrated a beautiful evening of celebrations & dinner whilst staying at Brooklands Barn in Arundel last weekend.

It was an absolute pleasure to cater & be part of your beautiful celebrations! Congratulations 🥂

Brie Cake 🌿The cake for cheese lovers 🌿

1kg of creamy french Brie, topped with prosciutto, salami Milano, truffle saucisson & chorizo de Navarra.
Adorned with antipasti, dried apricots, fresh figs & strawberries.
The perfect alternative Birthday cake, also makes a showstopper dinner centre piece!

Made yesterday for my client of mine. I hope you all enjoyed Liz!

Comes complete with my fruit & nut homemade crackers, two of my homemade chutneys & sea salt crackers.

Exciting news! We are delighted to be working with Brooklands Barn near Arundel in West Sussex.

This amazing 19th century barn caters for retreats, small weddings to family & friends getaways. Sleeping from 6-18 guests, it has 10 bedrooms, an underfloor heated yoga room, swimming pool/sauna, treatment rooms, and not forgetting the stunning panoramic views of Arundel castle and surrounding 2 acres of land.

This is also a place where individuals are invited to connect, restore & create through retreats & workshops.

We recently catered for owners Claire & Simon along with their 14 guests, a beautiful beef bourguignon paired with confit garlic mash. Not only was it an opportunity to trial & taste my food, but it also provided them with a stress free evening to enjoy with their guests.

About me

Hello and welcome to Emma’s Sussex Kitchen.

For the last 20 years my job as an Air Hostess has taken me around the world to some of the most interesting, cultural and beautiful places.

During these years I have been able to taste and experience first hand some amazing cuisines.

My passion and love for food which family and friends have enjoyed I now wish to share with you.

I am not a qualified chef by all means, but what I am is a self taught cook and baker with a passion for beautiful food that is not only Instagram worthy but wholesome, healthy and tasty.

Emma’s Sussex Kitchen has been created against the back drop of the Covid pandemic that has gripped the world over the last few months.

It is my way of bringing, wholesome, freshly, homemade food which will be delivered to your home whilst adhering to social distancing measures that have been put in place for our safety.

The food ingredients I shall be using will where possible be locally sourced, seasonal, organic, and free range.

All herbs are fresh from my garden, these include Sage, Rosemary, Lemon Thyme, Basil, Chives, Moroccan Mint, After Eight Chocolate Mint and edible flowers.

All my dishes will be delivered in a premium Eco-friendly 100% biodegradable disposable containers.

Containers and food packaging supplies are made from plants that are mostly sourced from the UK.

This is the best sustainable alternative to plastics, aluminium and Styrofoam in line with our ethos of supporting a healthier greener tomorrow.

A three course menu will be created on a weekly basis, alongside homemade pizzas that can be cooked from your home in 10 minutes giving you the opportunity to experience a fresh, hot mouthwatering pizza!

My kitchen will be open from Friday 26th June and will be available for free home deliveries on Friday evenings only.

Should the demand become popular for pizzas & dining menus I will look at adding more days.

Also available will be my delightful Lux Grazing Boxes. These boxes are available any day of the week, one days notice is required. Perfect for picnics, lunches, gifts or just simply a cosy night in!

Indulge your taste buds, no excuses necessary just pure delight-fullness with every bite!

Our Lux Grazing Boxes consist of 3 gourmet cheeses,topped with poached pear, candied walnuts & pear syrup, accompanied with soft gourmet deli meats & dry cured, homemade spiced tomato/apple chutney, homemade fruit & nut crackers, sea salt/sourdough crackers, bread sticks, dip, antipasto items, fresh fruits, dried fruits/nuts and edible flowers from my garden.

All orders can be placed by Facebook, telephone or email, the latest time to order for menus & pizzas will be Thursday at 1 pm, as this will give me time to prepare meals for the following day.

Emma’s Sussex Kitchen will be delivering free to our Billingshurst community , our preferred payment is BACS transfer, and payment is required before delivery/collection
