During COVID 19 if you have ordered the Home chef they will prepare the bulk of it offsite (i.e. veg/salad prep, marinating etc.,) lt means that Home Chef can get on with cooking whilst wearing a mask. We would ask that you keep children & pets out of the kitchen whilst Home Chef is in attendance. Please note Home Chef is required to do a COVID-19 test twice weekly.

Love fish? Then you will definitely love our Caribbean Salted cod fritters. With the hint of heat from the scotch bonnet peppers to the freshness of the spring onions - they are great whilst drinking a cold Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Cabernet or Malbec. A perfect match.

You cannot say you have had Caribbean cuisine unless. you have had a 'Jamaican Pattie'. Comes in chicken, lamb, beef or vegetables and its melt in the mouth pastry makes it very moreish!

We still love the old favourites..retro Vol au Vents. A nice little nibble can be filled with just about anything and is great for vegetarians. A bite to start the taste buds going.

Breakfast is served...
An omelette packed with goodness

Omelette sensation....
4 eggs
Spring onions
Cherry tomatoes
Onions
1 big dollop of Coconut yoghurt
Grated extra mature cheese
Chilli flakes
Sea Salt &Black Pepper (grinder)
Mix all ingredients together.
Heat up tablespoon of Olive oil in frying pan and fry until eggs are set.
Fold in half and cook until golden brown.
Serve with toast at breakfast or salad at lunchtime.

Guidance for Weddings & receptions (current regulations)
- 30 people indoors in a COVID-secure venue (not private home), - 30 people outdoors. It can be partially sheltered with a
marquee with at least 50% of the walled area open.
- Macknie Caterers staff will all wear masks & gloves to serve
- Meals will be served at the table - no buffet
- Drinks will also be served at the table
- Hand sanitisers will be supplied at entry & exit points
- Event Planner/Venue Manager will guide you on your day
We want to ensure your safety whilst giving you the day you will remember for ever!!
