Friday Evenings @ Hopley House 5pm-9pm
Duties include taking food orders and handling payments.

Saturday & Sunday Events, times and location vary on these days.

Had a brilliant time at Port Sunlight Summer Fun.
We were situated just in front of the museum which attracts people from all over the world.
We met one chap who was from the Deep South of Tennessee (nervous) he of course chose the ribs of which ‘reminded him of home’, this is why we do it!!

It’s quite the turnaround this morning as we head off to Port Sunlight for their Summer Fun on the Green.

What a sensational start to our residency here Hopley House the weather was with us which made for a fantastic evening!!

Yes we are here every Friday, however, there are a couple of dates that we must honour due to prioir arrangement these are the following :

23rd August (We willing swapping this to Saturday 24th August, Bank Holiday weekend)

So it’s the NCCA T20 finals at the illustrious Chester Boughton Hall Cricket Club this Sunday!!
We’ll be there serving home smoked bacon for breakfast followed by our delicious pulled pork and Cherry Smoked Brisket!

We call time on a dramatic Chester and District Cup Final here Chester Boughton Hall Cricket Club where the Chester Nomads AFC succumb to a sudden death penalty shootout loss to Newton Athletic FC.
Not to worry lads, an excellent performance just a bitter way to end it.

The bookings are rolling in and we haven’t even tried yet!

The signs are going up on the van in the morrow, we have residencies at numerous places and currently our phone is our till!! So we can’t show you all what we’re doing!

We’re gonna right that wrong immediately as we know you all want to know what’s coming out of the smoker!!

We’re going to post our immensely packed summer schedule in the coming days so hopefully you’ll be able to catch us. But the train doesn’t stop come autumn/winter! We’re working a way to get involved in numerous pumpkin patches, firework nights and also Christmas fixtures too!

People are told to set goals, we are still in the most earliest of days, however, if there is ever a chance somewhere down the line that we get to bring some of our epic smoke to then all of the effort and love will be worth while!!

What a belting day we’ve had!

Test run complete, and what a joy it was, loved every minute, and again the feedback was immense!!

We move forward! Signage, tow bar and the rest of the cosmetics to complete.

But we’re flying high on confidence right now, we know we have a great concept which will slot perfectly into our local market.
