Have you tried our crispy Chinese pork belly? We marinade it overnight in our secret blend of Chinese spices, then slow cook in the oven until tender and finish on the BBQ to crisp up. Deeeeeeelicious.

Mexican chilli bowl 🌶

Slow cooked chilli con carne, coriander and lime rice, charred corn, guacamole, pico de gallo, escabeche rojo, "sour cream" (it's actually blended cottage cheese and Greek yogurt) to get that extra hit of protein 💪

Working at a fitness retreat this week, so it's all about balancing cards and protein, getting the right amount of good fats (from the guacamole) and plenty of fresh veggies (from the pico de gallo and corn)
