We loved meeting so many lovely couples on Sunday at the wedding showcase. It was great to hear so many couples are looking for a more casual dining, interactive wedding breakfast rather than the more traditional plated 3 course meal.

As many will already know, we love providing a range of cuisines from all over the World, and quite often will provide clients with flavours they may not have experienced before.

Our 2025 weddings bookings are taking us from Italy to Deep South America, to the Caribbean – every menu is different, and tailored to the client’s exact requirements.

We love flavour. We love colour. We love uniqueness.

We’re pleased to say, that following Sunday’s success, we have now opened our 2027 diary for bookings!

Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss having something slightly different as your wedding catering

Yesterday we did a collab pop up with .iow using their delicious beef and beer.

The plan was to set up in their barn and everything was arranged but unfortunately due to events out of their control they had to leave their premises early and we were left without a venue. This happened on Sunday.

So we relished the challenge and turned our HQ around into a venue for 7 tables of 2 and closed our bookings. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out and fortunately our customers agreed. It was a great atmosphere and such a unique dining experience, right in the heart of our kitchen. It's got our cogs turning 🤔

Thanks so much to .iow for the collaboration, lending us their tables and chairs and storing for us.

Feeling very proud and humbled today.

We had a great meeting at HQ this morning with Richard Quigley MP for Isle of Wight West, talking about all things The Burnt Chef Project and how we can raise awareness of this great resource on our Island.

Lots of actions and ideas for next steps 😊

When you book to attend an Eat Street pop up you can guarantee the dishes will be colourful! We love using natural ingredients to produce wonderfully bright and colourful dishes.

For our Indian sharing menu for two this Valentine's Alex will be making samosas from scratch for the samosa chaa, using beetroot, carrot and spinach to colour and add flavour to the pastry.

It's these little details that we incorporate into every menu we serve, from dinners for 2 people to weddings for 200.

We still have a few tables left for our popup at .iow if you'd like to experience a delicious pop of colour this Valentine's Day, click the link below to book

This morning was our first pay what you want brunch. We served a selection of Indian inspired breakfast dishes, including

Akuri scrambled eggs
Masala beans
Chilli cheese naan
Eat Street bacon jam
Crispy bacon
Lamb keema pastilles
Chicken keema
Potato baji croissants, coriander chutney, coconut, peanut

Cardamom and yoghurt basmati kheer, blueberry compote
Mini date and banana muffins

With a ginger and turmeric shot

We love doing these events, and creating unique menus every time, however this morning we had a cancellation of 2 guests and 2 complete no shows.

As a result of this, we will now be pre authorising cards for all randomly selected attendees and will charge a cancellation fee if we cannot refill the seats.

This morning was incredibly frustrating for us - not because of the money, but because of the effort that goes into these events. Alex was up at 5am baking the croissants and had prepared dietary specific dishes for the no shows. We have a list of around 150 interested people, so by letting us know, you give someone else the opportunity to experience it.
