We may be having better weather than we've had all summer.... but I'm declaring autumn! (Although I might leave the fluffy jumpers and hot chocolates for another week! 😆)

Wedding fair season is upon us, and we're excited to be a part of all of these fab shows over the next couple of months!

We were lucky enough to visit the incredible Ashridge House with one of our lovely wedding clients earlier this week for a venue consultation. Every inch of the house and grounds was absolutely breathtaking. We are beyond excited to dress this beautiful space next year!❤️

That's why we offer a free-of-charge venue consultation with all of our couples at their venue, where we bring a selection of decorations that we can test out together in the space. This is a perfect opportunity for us to find out all about your wedding plans. The more we know about your vision for the day, the more we can help you achieve it!

We’re so thrilled to be supporting JUST ONE Tree to help tackle climate change. Each time one of our trees is hired to decorate your wedding, or you choose to give one of our acorn wedding favours to your guests, we will plant a tree with JUST ONE Tree.

With the help of our amazing brides and grooms, we have planted a forest of 403 trees so far!

That means:

Cleaner water 💦
More homes for wildlife 🐒 🦋
More breeding ground for tropical fish 🐠

Looking for a sustainable wedding venue? You’ve found us!

As a family run business based on our working farm, looking after the land and protecting our precious barns is something that comes naturally!

• Our biomass boiler runs on wood pellets which create enough energy to heat the entire venue, whilst solar panels on the roof of our grain store produce enough power to light the whole venue.

• We created a kitchen herb garden to allow us to grow mint for our Pimms receptions and the apples from our orchard have become the key ingredient in our Tythe Apple Sour cocktail!

• We harvest water to water our plants and have a water purification system to be able to serve still and sparkling water to our guests in our re-usable glass bottles.

• We recycle all our cardboard and our corks.

• Over the last ten years we have planted over 1000 trees around our estate.
