Growing up I listened to all genres of music, and like most people, it has truly been a big part of my life. I was given my first set of decks at the age of 15 by a family relative who was a DJ in the 80’s, and from this point I started DJ’ing for friends and family which led to my first residency in a local pub. Soon after, Rezon8 Disco was born. I began to take bookings all over the country and invested heavily in my set up, taking it from strength to strength by being able to offer bespoke sound and lighting functionality at all of my gigs.
A couple of years later I found a real passion for dance music where I learnt to beat mix playing in bars and clubs in my home town of Eastbourne. In this time I also learnt to use music editing software, allowing me to put my own spin on songs from all eras through a series of taught mixing techniques. This lead to me playing in London’s Ministry Of Sound nightclub, a personal highlight in my DJ career to date.
For the past few years, Rezon8 has been primarily focused on playing weddings and functions. Rezon8's number one priority is making sure you as a customer get all your disco needs covered, making sure you get the "perfect disco for any occasion". Here are a few reasons why Rezon8 believe we can deliver the best disco possible:
- Rezon8 are not an agency, therefore if we are unable do your disco, you will be informed from the start and be pointed in the direction of a DJ that can perform at your function to a high standard. - Rezon8 carry 10 million pounds worth of public liability insurance and a PAT certificate on all equipment. Safety first after all! - Once booking Rezon8 on your event, we will give you a booking confirmation form stating all details that have been agreed and take a music request form from you. This will ensure all your music requests and tastes are covered on the day. - On bookings for weddings, Rezon8 set up a pre-event meeting at a venue of your choice, to ensure all your requests and arrangements work as smoothly as possible without any hassle on your big day.
