We advocate for fair pay not just in musicians but for all suppliers, contractors, individuals and staff we work with. We announced this last weekend for our expanding band merch business. It was pointed out to us that we didn't make it clear enough as to what the financial arrangement was. You will be paid a base rate plus commission on top per design. Promising designers 'exposure' or not paying them for a service that they are providing to you is not something we want to be involved in.
