We announced this last weekend for our expanding band merch business. It was pointed out to us that we didn't make it clear enough as to what the financial arrangement was. You will be paid a base rate plus commission on top per design.
Promising designers 'exposure' or not paying them for a service that they are providing to you is not something we want to be involved in. Fair pay for everyone is essential.

Up to 11 is looking for a graphic designer to help produce designs for our new merchandise website. Work perks include gig tickets and free merch.
We are looking for somebody to help us establish our brand further and somebody who we could work with in the short term with the long term intention of the individual becoming a full time member of the team as Up to 11 grows.
This may suit a graphic design/art student or an individual looking for a bit of extra income. The role is on a commission basis per item sold through our website as well as opportunity for extra commissioned pieces of work as they come in from artists we work with.
