ok the new kitchen has had its first outing and a good result the cost for the weekend worked out as operating costs of 40 quid so a lot cheaper for the whole weekend than the sankey kitchen.
so downside is need 2 people realy to setup but easier to run

this is the new field kitchen set up outside in the garden
it has 3 karcher burners used on 3 seperate units, 1 for oven and small hotplate, 1 for hotplate and 1 for water boiler/brat pan. the fold out table encorperates a shelf underneath.the pipes on the table are to connect the chimneys with the holes in the roof of the ofcs 12x12 tent.
it is designed to feed 50 in 1 sitting however can feed more on a continous use. it uses 4 hot boxes for service and various size crates for storage.
it can run on kerosine or diesel but prefers kerosine and a 24v power supply.
