When deciding on what oven to get, as with many things there are always hurdles. So we had to navigate in some unknown waters, researching brands and products. Finding out what’s the top dog in show. We wanted the best oven, to cook the best ingredients to create the best pizza. Simple.

I knew as a brand as I owned two of their iconic Roccbox in the past. But I didn’t fully appreciate their worth until speaking to some fellow pizzeria owners and operators. After a huge bit of thinking and chatting with their amazing team, we went in and committed to the Gozney Master.

BEST DECISION EVER.

The heat retention in this beast is unparalleled and every cook is consistently perfect. Slinging out pizzas we are truly proud of! You guys seem to think our pizzas are delicious so it must be true!?

Also this isn’t an add it’s an appreciation post for a great product. Honestly, I’ll be investing in ovens in the future 100%.

P.S. Huge thanks to who built this bad boy for us. You guys did a great job!
