Every tribute I make is full of meaning for the person you love. These ones were for my Nan, as she loved spring flowers, pink roses were her favourite, and she never got to enjoy lillies in the house because my Grandad didn't like the smell. Always thoughtfully arranged and made to evoke special memories. I think it can be said that these tributes were elegant and classic, just like her 🌸

Happy heavenly birthday to my Nan. She was the biggest supporter of my flowers and would have loved to have seen my creations to date. I am so glad the garden is looking stunning for her today, and her namesake rose 'Marjorie Fair' is in full bloom 🌹

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Georgie, the owner and founder of Gorgeously Gathered. A few fun facts: my favourite floral arrangement is a hand-tied bouquet, I used to go abroad with an orchestra I played violin in, I was almost eaten by an alligator as a three year old in South Africa. Everyone always double takes at the last one, but it really did happen and makes for a cracking ice breaker 😂

A date for your diary! Next Tuesday 19th December I will be leading a Christmas Table Arrangement Workshop at 6pm. It's taking place at The Six Bells Horringer, and the lovely owners will be opening up the bar for the event. It's going to be very relaxed, festive - and fun! People of all abilities are welcome. All of the materials, equipment and tuition will be provided for an introductory price of £25 per person. Come along, buy some delicious refreshments, and make some floral magic with me 🥰
