What a year it's been for us! Dave Woodstock 3.0 was epic! To celebrate the closing of our best year yet, we're throwing down this big party with some friends, including making their Exeter headline debut Andromedous, who have also had a great first year, from playing this years Download as well as a blazing set at Stock 3. We can't wait for this! Plus Blind Tendril, Death Assault and newbies Recreance. Then Altern8 will be taking over on the decks to keep the party going loud and hard until late! Woodstockers! I'm Jake West, I'm the Stage Manager and Chief Lighting Engineer for Daves Woodstock for the past 2 years, and this year!

I've been working with Dave for a long time now, and every year we get more and more wild and creative with our ideas for event production and events for the Exeter Phoenix. Every year is a pleasure working with Dave and the Woodstock team, though it comes with its challenges, we always have a good laugh and a fantastic response from bands and audience alike.

I've been a Stage Lighting Designer and Technician for 8 years now, starting my career at festivals from the age of 12. I created and engineered my own business at the age of 16 (Jake West Lighting), to further improve my range of networks and contacts, and now I'm in a position of Deputy Technical Manager at the Exeter Phoenix, whilst also doing freelance work, event management and touring on the side to keep life fruity.

Me, Dave and all the Woodstock team hope you enjoy Woodstock 3.0 this year on the 21st of October, this Saturday!!!

This day next week, we're celebrating Growlers 36th birthday down at the Cavern!!
