Kept it nice and mellow last night, bit of Angie Stone, MAW, DJ Spen, ANOTR and sprinkled in some Motown redrums for people to relax to, lounge with some fizz .... catch up with old friends, and watch the sun go down.

Brilliant day yesterday at the stunning Apton Hall
Lovely catching up with newly engaged couples looking for the perfect venue and safe to say I think they were all blown away.
The brilliant Dan Brock Singer & Guitarist providing acoustic vibes in the ceremony room (and the sountrack to this reel) and yours truly in the Cow Shed with our DJ / Photobooth / Audio guestbook and Neon setup.
Made You Look Flowers with amazing floral displays in the main room and SFCakeCo keeping us going with the best cupcakes we have ever tasted.
And makeupbykirbie on hand to chat through everything you need to know about the big day look !

What a night at The Old Parish Rooms with and
We have been booked for Carl's surprise 60th for quite some time and it was all organised remotely by his lovely partner Jeannette who had never seen the venue as they were travelling down to Essex to celebrate with old friends and family.
Tonnes of work went into the planning of the Sax & Bongo set for this one as Jeanette had a particular vibe in mind. Think Moby / Zero 7 / Morcheeba / Massive Attack. So we were given an outline and put together a set that we thought would work ..... and so glad we delivered on the idea.
Loved every second of it and enjoyed the challenge of crafting a set that flowed into the final track. All mixed live of course.
Such a lovely couple and so glad we could be part of it.

"We had Rob as our DJ in October for our wedding and oh my god he was amazing. The dance floor was full all night and it was just the best party ever. We gave him flexibility to be creative and read the room and he smashed the assignment. We have had so many people ask us for his details because he was just the best. "We used Fox and Braces for our wedding reception at the Old Parish Rooms. Great website to pick some choices and Rob, our DJ for the night, called us and went through want we wanted.
Rob was brilliant. Fitting in some of our more untraditional tunes around the more normal choices.
Everyone who came said how good the music was and we danced all night.
Thoroughly recommend using these guys"

"Highly recommend Fox and Braces, Rob was our DJ for our wedding at Hengrave Hall and could not fault him at all. Had a call with him a couple of weeks before so that he could understand our preferences and from that he perfectly understood the assignment and nailed the night. Also our light supplier let us down last minute but Fox and Braces managed to sort some out for us which was brilliant.
All our guests commented how good the music and vibe was and that was all down to Rob so thank you!"

"Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Dan was great all the way through and recommended acoustic duo Me & Pete who played through the daytime of our wedding, followed by DJ Evan in the evening, both went down a storm! We had a great meeting with Evan in advance of our big day and went through our music requests, he absolutely got exactly what we were looking for and the dance floor was rocking all night! We would 100% recommend these guys for any wedding, party or event! 🎉"

"Everyone loved the music at our wedding. Rob was a great DJ, and had everyone constantly on the dance floor, right up until lights outs! We hired Rob a full day, and I was able to speak with him, days beforehand, about arranging my walking down the aisle songs. We managed to time it just right, and had my now husband in tears.
Rob was so approachable and friendly, his music selection throughout the whole day helped create an amazing ambience for our wedding. Thank you, Rob!"

The best experience we could’ve asked from for a DJ company for our wedding. We had both an outdoor daytime (cocktail hour) DJ set and another DJ set following our wedding breakfast. Both the DJs Dave and Evan were fantastic, playing the exact mix of music we wanted and setting such a cool vibe. Very easy company to communicate with from start to finish, and were also able to supply extra features such as neon lighting and up lights to create an amazing atmosphere. They also have an online system to use where you can specify songs you like and which ones you don’t, making the experience a breeze.

Over 400 photos sent to this amazing couple this morning, capturing every laugh, every questionable dance move, and quite possibly the best worst shirt we have ever seen on a Groom !

Hayley & Jake flew all the over from the States after finding their perfect venue @hengrave_hall and bought all the friends and family with them. A big concern after attending previous weddings was DJ's stopping one track and starting another. We assured them via our consultation that this wasn't going to be an issue with us. If it has a beat. We will mix it. That's what DJ's do ..... right ? No first dance. Entered the room to Fisher Losing It. So over to us to get things going. Music guide provided by the couple but left us to fill in the gaps and make sure everyone had an amazing night. Thanks again for having us and safe journey home x

One of the best times we have had this year at The Orangery for the new Mr & Mrs Bird. Third time we have DJ'd for this bunch. Friends Wedding, a joint 30/40th Birthday Party and now another BANGER of a Wedding. @m.i.m providing an immense vocal set before we kicked off alongisde spencer.sax and Dan Rawley Percussion Ibiza classics, a little 80's and into to R&B just as the Bride & Groom asked for. What. A. Night.
Well. That was a fun and brilliant experience down at the milsoms Kesgrave Hall pop up Alpine 121 restaurant this weekend ! Amazing job done by Dreamwave Group transforming the venue into a spectacular, chic Après Ski setting and a massive shout out to all of the Milsom staff who made the event extra special. Looking forward to going back next weekend. @durhamdrums and @rowanonsax who killed it on the Friday and decided to go walkabouts and get involved with the crowd. Still trying to figure out the magic tricks from @michaeljfitch magician who almost actually blew our tiny minds .... Seriously 🤨🤷🏼♂️🪄🎩
