We haven't updated you in a while. Bad weather and a delay in products has slowed the process, but we are getting closer!
Today we installed the shelving and mirror for the back bar. Mirror is going to have optics mounted on uni strut.
Did we mention that worktop has gone in as well! Live edge ash timer from . There still a section of oak to go in, but we're saving that for your eyes when the beer font goes in as well 😍

How times have changed. That won't stop me missing a 3 piece suit and pocket square combo though.
I sit quietly but methodically in the shadows for almost everything we do. Never stepping into the limelight for the service we deliver is focused on excellence for others.
The Hospitality industry will bounce back, staycations and outdoor events are going to be rife when the time comes around.
We haven't gone anywhere and will be ready to take every step with you when that moment comes around.
We were meant to get the worktop today for a grand reveal, however, some severe technical implications set that back but we should now be on track for next week 🤞
To keep you in the loop of the progress so far, here's a few snapshots from today until the weather came in and we had to bundle all the tools back inside.
Cladding is 95% finished, the cellar is also 95% finished, just need some python clips then it's ready to attach to the beer pump which will go in proudly after the worktop.
Times are tough at the moment but we are still here for all your hospitality needs. Whether that be training, asset management, health & safety or menu development for your business; event planning for a prosperous 2021, or anything in between...we are here!

Ice and a Slice 👌
First picture where although there's still so much to do, it's feel like a bar!
Peaking over the top and a bit more detail on our appliances:

Making sure we're taking every step possible to offer you a second to none service!
It's been a very productive, exciting and rollercoaster few weeks but we have arrived at a very established point 🥂
The cladding has gone up, all electrics tested and rolling along with the hatch now being fixed and functional.

Latest update for you all of the internal fittings.
All studwork is now complete ✅
Last of the electrics for the bulkhead and ceiling light fittings going in this week ✅
Plumbing for the ice machine is in (it drinks 48litres of water in 6 hours 🤦) ✅
Later on this week we will be fully fitting the hatch once the hinges and gas struts arrive, beginning to clad the back wall and ceiling then power her up and test everything out before the appliances arrive P.S. we're rather excited to show you what's going inside 👀
Although we sit in uncertain times, there are adaptations and risk assessments in place for all of our services.

We've got the hatch back 🤺

After a speedy turn around the hatch is back and ready to be hinged and supported with the gas struts. All should arrive later this week to get her watertight again.
Currently just being held on by bolts to stop most of the rain but we still think that it looks 🔥
Internal update coming tomorrow, keep those eyes peeled 👀

Still needs a few structural supports and we'll be ready for gas struts and the hatch to go back on.
Plumbing lined up this week for the ice machine, appliances are on order and the cladding is being varnished as I type this.

The electrics are well underway and just the lighting ring left to finish.
An abundance of sockets for all of the wonderful appliances we have on offer for you to ensure your drinks are served just how you'd expect from your local watering hole!
In light of recent announcements, we are focusing our energy on a fresh start in 2021 but still available for enquiries of all shapes and sizes.

The last of the pop rivet drilling is done (please let that be true, as that may have been a very time consuming job) and we have put up the first of the damping ready for the studwork.
Got to keep those electrics safe and the appliances running to ensure the service you receive is endless and of the highest quality!

The timeline is moving along nicely and well underway. Now that the floor is down, the main framework and construction can begin.
