We’ve got this Beef Wellington surplus to requirements due to a NYE cancellation.

1.3-1.4kg prime English beef fillet wrapped in prosciutto and a mushroom, garlic, thyme & tarragon duxelle finished with shortcrust pastry. Egg washed ready for the oven. Made fresh this morning.

Feeds 8-10 price is £55.

Our first bbq yesterday was great fun, and at such a stunning location! All food thoroughly enjoyed by the event hosts guests, amongst the choices were 24-hour hickory smoked brisket, fiery Cajun chicken burgers, 24-hour bbq pulled pork, for the vegans we had some bbq pulled jackfruit & teriyaki tofu kebabs.

Then wrapped up the evening catering for 24 guests in their holiday rental, 3 course menu, priced at a very reasonable £29.99 per person.
