A big thank you to everyone who applied to our October Festival! We're going through all 381 applications behind the scenes and we'll be in touch via email soon to finalise the list of makers! ❤️

We are so grateful for everyone taking the time to apply to our 10th Super Seconds Festival! It's always such a hard job going through the applications but you will be hearing from us either way in the next month. We like to take our time with this as it's such a tough decision!

If you're 16-25, don't worry! The applications to our start-ups category are still open until 30th May so head to the link in our bio to get your application in 😁

Today is the final day to apply for October's Super Seconds Festival!

Applications to be be part of the UK's biggest online seconds and sample sale close TONIGHT (Thursday!) at midnight.

We can't wait to start looking through applications 👀 We'll be letting everyone know within the next month as to whether you've got a spot!

The application deadline for our October Festival is tomorrow! (Thurs April 10th at midnight)

We'd love to see your applications and this is the last chance to apply for our October event! After that the next one is likely to be in May 2026!

Are you a teacher or lecturer who works with students aged 16-25?

We'd love your help to help spread the word about our Super Seconds Festival Start-Ups section! It's open to 16-25 year olds and all they need to take part is:

☀️ Creative things to sell that they've made - this could be prints, crocheted items, jewellery, etc.

☀️ A willingness to set up a shop and take product photos - but they don't need to have done this yet!

, who leads this section, is an experienced maker and teacher of art and design at college level and offers extra zoom calls and a WhatsApp group* to support the makers.

We have a poster available that we can send through to anyone who is happy to put one up! Please DM us for a copy ❤️

*We take safeguarding very seriously and if a maker is under 16 we will communicate via a parent or guardian.

After chatting to the talented today, we've decided to extend the Start-Ups category deadline until 30th May to make sure we avoid a busy exam season for some people!

Our Start-Ups Category is for makers aged 16-25 and you get a great deal - it's only £20 to join the UK's largest seconds and sample sale, and you get extra mentoring support from Abi! Abi is an art and design teacher and skilled makers so is the perfect person to lead the Start-Ups category!

We are SO excited to be launching our BRAND NEW website on Monday! Here's a sneak preview 👀 with Sophie and the team from ironing out the final edits!

Sophie's been working on this with the website design team during her KIT days on maternity leave - so a huge thanks to Danny, Peter and Will for their patience!

The website is slick and clean and we can't wait for you to try it out!

Applications launch on Monday via our new website - so keep your eyes peeled on Monday afternoon for the launch 👀

March will be here before you know it! Applications for October's Super Seconds Festival open in mid March and will stay over for 3 weeks to give you plenty of time to apply for the UK's biggest online seconds sale!

3 years since my favourite ever Super Seconds photo was taken - thanks for the pop up memories Google!

This was my post pile for Super Seconds October 2021! I didn't have a car and couldn't find anyone to give me a lift in time, so ended up pushing all my stuff to the post office with my Mum and son! You can imagine I was very popular in the queue 😬🙈

Normally we are ON IT with the next date for Super Seconds Festival way before the current one has finished, but this time is a little different!

With Sophie heading off to have a baby (in 3 weeks!), and Abby moving her business to coaching, it's a unique time in the world of Super Seconds Festival. With this in mind, it's hard for us to commit to a date (even though we wanted to!) - so please keep your eyes peeled in early 2025 on when the next Super Seconds Festival will be 👀
