Future sounds in association with mr rave events charity rave !

Ravers the event is fast approaching we've had over 80 people put going or interested and the venue cap is 80 so if you're wanting a ticket get them ASAP to avoid disappointment!

At just £5 a ticket this is an absolute bargain and all for an amazing cause Raising awareness and funds for andys man club, with the money raised it'll help to keep walk in centres up and down the UK open and open up new ones in areas that don't currently have a walkin center

These walk in centres are open every Monday from 7pm and are a massive lifeline for lots of men struggling they're literally life savers for many lads out there

Ravers, we're back with our first charity based rave event of the year!!

This time we're headed to Bristol

This is an 80 capacity intimate venue and will feature a class selection of DJs playing a mix of the harder styles of rave

This time we've teamed up with the guys over at Future Sounds (give them a follow to stay up-to-date on any future events)

Just wanna say thanks to everyone who came down last night and showed your support for Mr Rave Events and Andys Man Club

I managed to throw this freebie but with it being free came with its own challenges being the usual crowd at the venue after a certain point didn't like some of the music playing by the DJs, it was a new one for me but with us ravers being vastly out numbered by the regulars I had no choice in the end to switch it up and I apologise to all those DJs who didn't get to showcase their talents properly Mitchell Lockett and Tanisha Meitiner as I know you're both very talented DnB DJs and I promise we'll get you an event with the right crowd next time

Shoutout the other DJs who came aswell and played blinder sets Aidan Alan Hemphill Rhys Duce Hamlet Hud Dean Shaun Gillen

Having no way of making an actual profit on the door or through ticket sales that means the donations in the end will purely come from the donation bucket which I've counted and its just over £20 which will be added to the gofundme

A full year of doing these events and I don't mind admitting I've made a lot of mistakes in this year but with my support network amongst some of you we've pushed through any obstacle!

Also done a shed load of right things before anyone thinks I'm beating myself up 😂

I'll do another big post looking at the full year in review mid week but as for the events it'll be a bit quiet from me for a few months they take a lot of hours behind the scenes planning promoting etc and I've worn myself out 3 events in 6 weeks was daft 7 in 12 months but I wouldn't change a thing its been one hell of a ride so far and it's all to raise awareness and funds for a very real issue

Id just like to shoutout the charity itself cos these guys do amazing work to help men struggling and su***de is far too common the statistic being 1 man every 2 hours, I set out to follow a passion of mine while simultaneously shining a light on the amazing work these guys do! 👌❤️

The news of BBCC being postponed is sad for sure as those boys always know how to throw a party but you know who else does?

Mr Rave Events this freebie is 10 full hours of UKG, Bassline and DnB seems a shame for all those booking hotels and can't get a refund to have nothing to do

We've had a last minute venue change due to the bands who were on before the event was due to start now playing over... The owner of both Record Junkee and Network has now moved us to room 3 of Network a 150 cap room still fit for purpose 😈✊️

HUDDERSFIELD crew it's been a mad 12 months of doing these events and to give back to all you amazing people who've supported me throughout I wanted to throw something special

Skankaclaus is a free rave featuring a Huddersfield legend Shaun Dean as the headliner and a class selection of mainly Huddersfield based supports

Genres include Bassline, UKG and Dnb, music that our town has been at the forefront of and have been skanking to for years

This event is completely free but donations on the night are also appreciated, every single penny for this event will be donated to Andys Man Club as there's 0 running costs

With news of hellfire clashing with Mr Rave Events Harder-styles Sheffield I'm left with little options..

I'm going to see if they'll swap the date or I'll just have to accept the turnout won't be half as good going against the big boys...

I want to try and do the thing that'll bring the most amount of people too the event and in doing so raise more for the charity this is always going to be a potential pitfall to doing events when you've got brands very very well established with a huge team and budget!

No matter what there will be an event and if I can't get a date change I totally understand those that want to go hellfire instead

11th of November hard tech Scotland event has been loched in venue paid for (pun intended)

So guys progress update, not done one of these for a little while as its more getting ideas and plans sorted for promo closer to the time

The ticket sales are actually very slowly but surely going up even this early on which is amazing stuff

I've sent some of the trance posters to a very popular trance events brand and they've agreed to put some up at their 1400 capacity weekend festival early August do thank you to the Anomaly - Summer Of Love Trance Festival 2022 lot

I'm heading over Sheffield on Saturday to target a more bassline audience for the bassline event, I'll be handing out flyers outside tank after closing

I've now got some double sided flyers coming aswell so those that might not necessarily go to the other event might be curious to see especially with it being for such an amazing cause

Closer to the time I'm going to get photos of every location I manage to get my posters or flyers and do a big video thanking everyone for the support with a little voiced introduction and some music to fit the theme

Ravers!! Its finally here the big reveal
Its been pushed back a couple of times so i apologise for that but heres the finished reveal along with both lineup posters

My aim with these charity events is to really raise awareness for the amazing work Andys Man club does every week, they really break down the stigma around mens mental health and opening up about these sorts of issues

Raving is a massive part of my life and i thought what better way to spread the word than host two absolutely insane nights in my home town of Huddersfield

Trance is music that uplifts us all and takes us to a place of euphoria so i made sure to bring you the best lineup possible

Bassline for those local ravers, its our culture its what we've been representing for so many years and ive brought some big Huddersfield based djs to shell the place down!
