Finca Diosa - San Juan

Set amid 20 acres of sprawling grounds with far reaching views across the island is this stunning traditional 300-year old finca.

Finca Diosa is hidden in the northern heartlands of San Llorenc and has recently been lovingly restored to its former glory. It boasts an array of spectacular outdoor living and dining spaces and a vast saltwater swimming pool measuring over 110m2, along with dedicated fitness and wellness areas, an outdoor pergola with pool bar and a soundproofed ‘party cave’!

This historic estate is luxurious yet rustic and features nine capacious bedroom suites. Furnished with natural textures, iconic design pieces and a warm earthy palette, Finca Diosa encourages guests to be relaxed and at one with Mother Nature.

Inside, providing a soothing refuge from the heat of the day, are the spacious living areas featuring double-height ceilings, metre-thick walls and traditional Sabina beams, while floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. A huge pine dining table seating 18 is the ideal spot for lazy family breakfasts or dinner parties with friends.

Outside, a spectacular multi-level pergola provides endless lounging and dining spaces all surrounding an ancient Ibicencan stone mill. The upper level of this wonderful space features a fully serviced marble-topped bar, a rustic stone pizza oven, a classic Josper grill, as well as a 16-seater dining table and a vast Roche Bobois chillout area. A few steps below and you will find a fragrant sunken garden.

Hidden within the grounds of the estate and accessed through a carved stone entrance is a self-contained underground party cave, complete with high-spec DJ equipment and sound system. This soundproofed space is totally unique to Finca Diosa and is furnished with a carved DJ booth and a handmade wooden bar.

A truly stunning wedding venue for those wanting an authentic Ibiza vibe!

Such a pretty design for this gorgeous cake, and it tasted amazing too! The cutting of the cake is always such a meaningful moment for any couple, and also a lot of fun! These guys nailed it cutting the cake with a family heirloom!! Check out that sword 💜🤍💜🤍

Villa La Verna - San Josep

300-year-old finca brought bang up to date, views to Es Vedra.

This historic property sits hidden amongst pine forests high on the hillside above Ibiza’s famed west-coast sunset beaches. This is a truly magical spot; between the boughs of tall and fragrant pines, you can glimpse the unmistakable rocky crags of the mythologised island of Es Vedra rising from the blue Balearic Sea below you.

Villa La Verna offers the best of both worlds. Here, you’re surrounded by quiet, forested hillsides, but only a short drive San José and the glorious beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Moli and Cala Carbo.

Sitting on a 80,000m2 plot, guests here can enjoy the outdoor spaces and two swimming pools in total privacy. Close to the main part of the house, a 6m circular pool with Greek seating occupies the heart of the terrace. Close by, shaded pergolas offer cool, chill out spaces away from the midday sun.

By day, this is a wonderful place to relax: stretch out on a day bed and listen to the gentle sounds of the solar fountain in the fish pond. At dusk, the barbeque area is a welcoming space to dine out under the stars.

A second terrace space fans out from the upper part of the villa. This idyllic spot has beautiful views over the forested valley. Enjoy the spectacular vista from the peace of a lounger or Balinese day bed, or from the sparkling waters of the 15m infinity pool. 100 metres further up the hillside and you’re treated to glorious views to Es Vedra from a picturesque pergola amongst the trees.

Inside, Villa La Verna is a clever blend of traditional Ibicencan finca with a luxe, high-tech finish. Natural stone, heavy timbered ceilings and creamy rendered walls combine with high-end fittings in smart, neutral tones throughout the property.

A campo oasis close to Santa Eulalia
Villa Edy is a beautiful, Finca style villa with modern touches but retaining its rustic charm.

The house has 6 bedrooms and can sleep 12 guests. 5 of the bedrooms are double rooms and one bedroom is a twin room. 3 of the bedrooms have newly fitted en-suite bathrooms.

There are 3 saloon areas which are great communal spaces to chill out in. The original features in this house really give it an authentic feel.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen in the house as well as an outside kitchen area located next to the pool.

The large pool area is surrounded by a tiled, sunbathing area and luscious green lawns with large palm trees scattered around.

This property is a great event space and is a popular wedding venue in the lush green and tropical poolside setting!

Can Xarraca - Portinax

Devine villa surrounded by pine forests in the North of Ibiza

Can Xarraca is a spectacular hideaway with breathtaking sea views, lush private gardens and direct access to the beach. The property is situated near the village of Portinax and consists of 2 separate living areas divided by a covered courtyard.

The more recently-build part was designed by the famous Blakstad and consists of the main living room with high beamed ceilings, fireplace and comfortable sofas. French doors open on the terrace overlooking the sea and on the other side to the Moroccan courtyard garden. Double doors at the end of the living room lead to a central hall, the kitchen and the bedrooms. The master suite is located on the first floor, with a four-poster bed and a large private terrace with a fountain and views to the sea and coastal cliffs. There are two more bedrooms, a double and a twin bedroom, located on the ground floor both with en suite bathrooms.

The second house is a centuries-old finca with beautiful Sabina wood ceilings and many preserved original features. Next to the main house there is a large lawn dominated by two enormous palm trees and the 10 metre swimming pool, at the far end of which is a large chill-out area with lots of comfortable cushions and a canvas sunshade.

The house is air-conditioned and there is central heating for the cooler months. There is wireless Internet, satellite TV and a high-spec music system.

Access to the property from the coast road is via a remotely-controlled gate and the grounds extend right down to the seashore – it’s about 800 metres walk down to the pebble beach at Cala Xuclar or 1km to the sandy beach at Cala Xarraca.
