Been a while since I posted on the grid thanks to a perfect storm of a busy summer, moving kitchens and a few team changes (you know, no biggie) but finally we are settled in our new kitchen and thinking about the next few months.

We are on the hunt for a new head chef for arch.

Our current head chef, .gliozeris is off to pastures new - and whilst we are stoked for him, it leaves some big shoes to fill.

What’s on offer:
-£40-48k salary (dependent on experience) - up to 45 hour week
-Mostly Monday - Friday daytime - occasional evenings and weekends
- 31 days leave (including bank hols)
- Lots of autonomy and creative opportunity - you’ll own the menus.
- Small, tight knit team, with a chance to recruit and develop future hires.

Who we are looking for:

- At least 3 years in a similar role - event experience a necessity
- Experience managing multiple jobs / orders / events concurrently
- Someone with demonstrable passion for sustainability and practical ideas of how to consistently improve what we do.

Looking for a new role to kick off 2022? Looking for a job with a literal heap of autonomy and flexibility? Or a role where the day-to-day is always varied? A chance to get in with a tight-knit, friendly team, who offer support, training and guidance? An opportunity to make lovely food for even nicer customers?

Come and work with us! We are looking for ambitious, creative CDP / Junior Sous who is on the hunt for a job that's a bit different. You'll be someone who loves getting stuck in to all aspects of the business, and isn't afraid of taking on responsibility when needed.

You'll have lots of ideas about how we can continually make our business more sustainable and the skills and experience to make those things happen.

We need you to have a few years restaurant / catering experience, but we are looking for mindset and attitude as a priority, so if you're self-starting and hard-working, you'll be rewarded with career progression.
