Few things you need to know for racing this weekend🏁
◾Signing on: Friday 16th 6pm-9pm
Saturday 17th 7am-8:45am
Sunday 7th 8am-8:45am
(We would like to get as many people Signed on Friday as possible for a prompt start on Saturday )
🔳 8:45am Minute Silence for HRH Queen Elizabeth🇬🇧 at the Start Line, Followed by a Minute of Noise and Parade lap for Thomas Brown🧡
◾ First Practice out at 9am Both Days

🔳 Saturday Night CumbriaMx Presentation, Followed by the Auction to raise money for the Air Ambulance remember to dig deep it’s all for a good cause and Then it’s time to get your dancing shoes on for the After Party🥳
The Rules that must be abide by include:
⛔ NO PITBIKES, QUADS, ELECTRIC BIKES (including electric push bikes) or ELECTRIC SCOOTERS to be brought on site At ALL, PLEASE DO NOT BRING THEM⛔
(Unless of course you are racing in the electric mini class🏁) This includes going over the fences with them to the beach just because this isn’t part of the motocross facility does not mean this entitles you to go to the beach with these bikes/scooters etc.
▪️No fires to be lit on the open floor, as this causes damage to the farmers field which can in turn cause harm to his livestock.
▪️When entering the aerodrome/ paddock all vehicles must maintain a slow pace as the farmer has livestock and it is lambing season, in addition to this please do not throw rubbish from your vehicles on your way up to the track or on your way home.
▪️When at the venue please respect our village and our town, so please no unnecessary wondering and potentially causing havoc in our village and Town
⛔️ If you feel you don't want to abide by these rules or will ignore the rules then don't enter this event or any other event at this venue!
bad behaviour and criminal damage has consequences therefore if any of the above rules are broken you will simply be asked to leave whether it be a CumbriaMx event or any other at Haverigg.
Any abuse to any officials will not be tolerated and information will be passed to the relevant governing body! Please note that our officials run under several organisations therefore bigger consequences can and will be set in place if necessary.
▪️When Hiring a Transponder we will now ONLY accept £50 as a deposit, once we have the transponder back you will receive your £50, This is due to not receiving transponders back in after racing.
◾Please make sure that you bring your Nora Licence with you as unfortunately if you cannot prove you have a licence we will have to charge you for a Event licence which covers you for the 2 days at a charge of £15
◾Every rider Auto and 65 Pick up (parents) must of signed the declaration to take part in this event and enter the track
Please note there will be a charge of £20 for one of our pick up hi vis, which you will receive back when we get the hi via jacket back ☺️ please note if you do not have one of our specific bibs on you will be asked to leave the track.
◾Please do not attend this event if you have any of the following symptoms:
🔴 A high temperature
🔴 A new continuous cough
🔴 A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
◾There will be a MARSHAL BRIEFING @8:30AM By one of our Clerks
◾️We do have a water tap but we would like this to be just for water barrels, please don’t fill up your campers at the tap.
