I would like to say sincere thanks to all of my clients for the incredible journey we've shared over the last few years! Your support has been invaluable. It’s been a pleasure catering for such special events, wedding celebrations & helping to create many happy memories. I am now shifting my focus to work with Hub International to focus on nuturing future talent in Ayrshire & beyond. Extremely excited to be giving back to the industry by sharing my expertise & knowledge and helping people find their love for hospitality.

🙌 Yesterday, the press conference for INTERGASTRA in February 2024 took place at the Dehoga Akademie in Bad Überkingen. As organizer of the IKA/Culinary Olympics, which will take place in parallel to the trade fair in Stuttgart, the German Chefs Association (VKD) was there, too. President Daniel Schade provided updates on the and gave an important hint: The shop for the menus tickets opens in early October. Stay tuned. 👀

“We were so impressed with the ‘Chef At Home’ experience offered by Velvet Cuisine, we were left thinking ‘why have we never done this before?’. Kevin and his team were so lovely to deal with when planning our birthday event and the whole evening went so smoothly. It was amazing to be served delicious canapes and a three course meal in our own home. There was a great choice of menus and we were really happy with the quality and taste. The crème brulee was out of this world! Kevin was completely un-phased by the numerous changes to schedule, he did a separate kids’ meal for us and he brought everything including the crockery, leaving the kitchen immaculate afterwards! We will not hesitate to plan our next special event with Velvet Cuisine.”

Velvet Cuisine returns from the World Cup!!! No not the football tournament but the Vatel Luxembourg Worldchefs - World Association of Chefs Societies Culinary World Cup. Very honoured to be Judging at this outstanding event over the past five days. However it is now back to the “day job” we are looking forward to all our December events and private dines 👌

"If you have the chance to dine with Kevin, I highly recommend you do! I was in Scotland for my Hen Party and my group hosted a special dinner at the private home we rented. Kevin came and prepared a 5-star meal for the 15 of us! (And that is saying something as most of us are tough critics who are fortunate enough to dine out often in our hometown; New York City!). Not only was the food absolutely wonderful, Kevin was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Kevin for you kindness, your professionalism, and the fantastic and memorable meal!"
